"We booked Fifi and Alex to play some music for my 30th birthday, a 1920's themed night in a large house. They were extremely professional and friendly and tailored the music to fit in with the evening. Everyone though they were wonderful and really helped make the night extra special. I think my favourite part of the whole weekend was when everyone was up dancing to Fifi’s and Alex's music. Would certainly recommend! Thank you Fifi and Alex!" (10 / 10) "

"Hi Mike, you were amazing! You really added to the relaxed, laid-back holiday atmosphere. All the guests loved it. I loved that you wandered around the grounds of the venue. I was peeping out of the window while getting ready for the wedding ceremony and thought yes, love him. You were really great and so easy to deal with. It just made it so special for us and we can’t thank you enough."

The moment he started, it felt like we were walking the streets of Paris — the music was romantic, fun, and set the perfect vibe for the night. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about him, and so many said it was one of the highlights of the wedding. Aleksei is not only incredibly talented but also so easy to work with and genuinely kind. "The talented Tarabu entertained customers with the soothing sounds of an accordion, saxophone, and guitar at The Sanctuary Shopping Centre in Somerset West over the Festive Season. The pleasant setting with a variety of restaurants on a wooden deck overlooking a lake was perfected by the wide variety of music genres they performed. Their professional demeanor was commendable from start to finish."

"“Atmosphere” - I’m just going to state my bias right now: “I love Café Amore Bistro”. As soon as you walk in, one of the owners is right there greeting you with a smile; the serving staff are friendly and polite to a fault; the restaurant is bright and inviting in the daytime and dim and cozy and romantic at night. (There’s literally no other way to describe it. It’s a very intimate-feeling place at night.). There are always quirky little elements to look out for: Last time I went, there was an accordion player making his way around tables playing the smoothest damn music your ears have ever been graced with. The tables are close but you still feel like you have your space while you’re eating, and if you happen to spill your drink — and then maybe spill it again — the staff will be right there to offer you a napkin. They’re the sweetest. And, after you’ve stuffed yourself so full you can hardly stand the thought of getting up and going to your car, the owner will personally wish you a good night on your way out. A nicer, more courteous restaurant has never existed."

"I was fortunate enough to attend a concert by the Freshwater Jazz Players: it was a fun-filled experience filled with great music. Their repertoire, strictly acoustic, draws inspiration from greats of the past like Sidney Bechet and Django Reinhardt, including the tango of Astor Piazzolla, but also embraces original music and period Italian pieces, with that light-hearted, self-deprecating spirit that the group's name suggests. Unmissable!"

"We are a central London catering company and every year we have a Christmas party to say thank you to our clients. This year's party was themed Winter Wonderland where we decorated a whole floor of our building in that style. Mike freely roamed around between our stalls, talking to customers, contributing to the happy festive feeling and playing some wonderful accordion music. We'd love to have him back next year."
