We need any useful directions that will help us locate the venue and identify the correct area for unloading our equipment. It’s also important for us to know if the venue has a sound limiter.

Additionally, we require:
- A safe place to store our personal belongings
- A dressing room for the musicians
- Parking space for the performers
- Access to electricity close to the performance area, especially if we are providing the sound system

We’ve been lucky to play at so many amazing private events and weddings with our lovely couples - those are always the most special, personal, and memorable experiences.

For now, one of the biggest gigs we’ve done was for Mastercard in Rome, where we performed with a large group of musicians. It was an incredible setup and definitely a standout moment for us.

We began our professional journey performing at private events and weddings about 10 years ago, building our experience step by step through many wonderful collaborations.

The company itself was officially founded three years ago, and since then we’ve expanded what we do. Today, alongside curating music for private events and weddings, we also organise classical concerts in Florence.

On the classical side, we’re inspired by composers like Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - their music forms the foundation of everything we do.

On the modern side, artists like Queen, The Beatles, Elton John, and Robbie Williams

We usually need at least 2 hours before the event to install the sound system and all our technical equipment (instruments, music stands, DJ booth, etc.).

If we’re working on a full-day wedding, we typically require additional time, as the sound system setup can be more complex and spread across different moments and areas of the day.

We’re very happy to play outside, but we do ask for some shade, as we need to protect the instruments from direct sun. In case of inclement weather (rain, etc.), we would also need a Plan B option that still allows us to perform comfortably.

We usually suggest a playlist from our repertoire for you to choose from, but of course you’re very welcome to request specific songs as well. If there are any pieces that can’t be arranged effectively for the chosen ensemble, we can still include them as background music through the speakers during the musicians’ breaks. We work together with clients to create a playlist that suits the flow of the day, matching each moment perfectly.

The type of music we can perform depends on the ensemble and instrumentation you choose. Some songs may not be possible to perform with certain setups, but we will always do our best to make your wishes come true. The playlist should be finalized at least two months before the event, and no later than that.
