"How lucky I am to have this band play at my retirement party. The sound of their music set the tone for the evening. Brought back a lot of old dance moves I had forgotten!"

"Well, what a band! Booked Astella for our wedding as we wanted great musicians, playing great music and they were superb. They worked with our event planner perfectly when setting up to make sure everyone was happy. Such a good, tight band and we would highly recommend you to look no further for your wedding or party band! Thank you guys! (10 / 10) Rich & Leanne Sharples "

"We hired Pianist-Berne for our wedding in Lucerne and he was nothing short of phenomenal. From the first email to the final note he played, everything was smooth and professional. He worked with us to create a personalized setlist that included classical pieces, modern ballads, and even a couple of our favorite film soundtracks. His performance during the ceremony brought tears to our eyes. The piano filled the entire venue with such warmth and elegance. Many guests asked about him afterward. He truly made our special day unforgettable. I would recommend him 100 times over for any special event."

"My first time hearing my #KSU brother Bennie J Smith play live last night was 🔥. He was solo & did not disappoint. If you ever get an opportunity to hear him play, you’re in for a great show.👏🏾👏🏾" - Anita Stringer (Dr. PAM PERRY-HILL & JACQUIE JEWELL BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION * Louisville, KY 6.30.23"

"Saxophoney Michael 🎷 what can I say he absolutely made my Ibiza 30th birthday garden party this Saturday just gone!! Everyone enjoyed the entertainment, kept asking me where I found him, saying how good he was and what a vibe, he was absolutely amazing from start to finish from communication upon booking right the way through to the end of the evening on the day of the performance. Also all the kids absolutely loved his vibe and enjoyed dancing around him playing! 🎷🎉 I cannot recommend him enough! Worth every penny 🎵🎷"

"During period of the contract, Duo Maestria have been always on time (or even early) and their attitude reflects their enjoyment of the job. They are known for their dependability, willingness to work hard and to stay organized. On board, they were entertaining our guests in various lounges as well as in our VIP area (Yacht Club), with much success. Their repertoire is very diverse and includes classical, pop, lounge, rock and jazz in acoustic and backing track. Duo Maestria was also involved in our Classical Concerts offered in our main show lounge accompanying Tenor and Soprano. Their professional and their spirit were impressive with a good discipline and willingness to work hard giving it their outmost. Well done, Duo Maestria. I look forward to work once again with you."

"We booked this pianist for a religious ceremony in Rome, and we were deeply impressed by the quality of the performance. From the very beginning, everything was handled with great professionalism. The musical suggestions provided were perfectly suited to the type of ceremony we were planning. The pianist showed great sensitivity in understanding the tone we wanted to create. During the ceremony, the music was simply beautiful. Each piece was performed with great care and emotion, creating a truly meaningful atmosphere. The sound of the piano added a sense of intimacy and elegance that made the moment even more special. Many attendees commented on how much they appreciated the music, and we couldn’t agree more. It was a perfect contribution to a very important occasion."

"Honestly, this band is the best. Amazing musicians, brilliant vocals and they get any place they play absolutely jumping. They engage beautifully with their audience making everyone feel part of one big party. Add to that they are all lovely guys and you have a great night ahead if the Evil Trouser Monkeys are playing. Go and see them, you will not be disappointed . "

" Rev. Ferriday And The Longdogs, Unforgettable Trues and Everyday Lies. Album Review. Liverpool Sound and Vision Rating * * * * As Donald Rumsfeld once said, so famously causing the scratching of heads in consternation and dismay, “There are known knowns and unknown knowns…” yet somehow such double talk and heroic word play should be left to Rev. Ferriday and The Longdogs, for in their new albumUnforgettable Trues and Everyday Lies, the lyrical force of nature is far and away more direct, succinct and wonderfully managed than anything a politician could scramble together. Unforgettable is a mark that deservedly belongs to the band, the memorable and the cherished going hand in hand as their deep love of the Blues comes bounding across with enthusiastic vigour and in the case of this new album, with a darker edge, with an anger of the age attached to it, still very much enjoyable but somehow more threatening, more beautifully intimidating and yet at the same time never once wavering in its commitment to allow the listener to internally dance and shake loose; the Devil after all will always allow the angels to boogie on down. Everyday lies, whether those we tell ourselves to keep us going in the face of adversity or those we pronounce to others in order to impress or deflect our feelings, each one has its symbolic value; the same is said for the true-isms, the emphasise on what is clear and unvarnished, perhaps even understated, yet at all times striking and rich. Unforgettable Trues and Everyday Lies allows the freedom of movement within the confines of Blues to be explored and with Neil Sadler on bass, Scott Hunter on drums, the fabulous Owen Bray on harmonica and Else Black lending some terrific backing vocals, Rev. Ferriday captures the mood with pin-point accuracy. In tracks such as Broken People, Breaking Down, Shooting From The Hip and How Long, the music is contagious, it sweeps through the veins like a miniature train buffeting against stereotype intuition and scraping down in blocks of perpetual indifference with ease. This is an album that emphasises the battle in the way that words are seen and felt, it takes a writer of absolute skill to make a menacing note come across as nothing less that beauty personified and yet Rev. Ferriday manages with absolute conviction. A joy to be back in the company of Rev. Ferriday and The Longdogs, a fact of life that gets better and better each time they come around. Ian D. H"

"Dear Richard,  I just had to contact you regarding last nights performance at Lime Tree. It was wonderful could not fault it. The only problem I had was I could not get to sleep as the songs were still in my head. and I am still singing them now, especially Bring Him Home. Looking forward to your next visit."
