"This very talented and professional band played at a family wedding recently. They were brilliant! Their music choices were excellent and they had made a huge effort to learn new numbers specifically requested by us. All our guests commented on their professionalism and they managed to energise their audience - lots of dancing! They delivered on all their promises and were totally reliable, a real bonus when planning a wedding. "Due to COVID-19, we had frequent changes regarding our wedding date and wedding details. Philly Heart & Soul was not only accommodating to all of the changes we had to make on a daily basis but helped us problem solve as new challenges arose. Our entrances for the reception and first dance songs were wonderfully performed even with interesting song choices from the bridal party. We received compliments throughout the reception on the pure talent they possessed and how enjoyable they were to watch and dance to. They were full of enthusiasm, warm and friendly towards the guests, and professional throughout the night. Philly Heart & Soul is the best choice for your next event!"

"We were absolutely thrilled to have Tim as the saxophonist and DJ for our wedding on June 20th, 2024 at Hyde House, Stow on the wold, Cotswold. From the ceremony to the evening party, Tim's performance was exceptional. During the ceremony, he perfectly captured the mood with his thoughtful song choices and played with a sensitivity that complemented the occasion beautifully. The volume and tone were just right, creating a magical atmosphere without overpowering the moment. As the evening transitioned into the party, Tim seamlessly took on the role of DJ, blending modern and classic wedding music effortlessly. His ability to switch between spinning tracks and playing the saxophone live was truly impressive. It added a unique and lively touch to the night that had all our guests dancing and enjoying themselves with many compliments from them all. Tim's talent, professionalism, and attention to detail made our special day even more memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better musician and DJ to help celebrate our wedding. Highly recommend him for any event!"

"Toen ik Anchor voor de eerste keer live hoorde stond voor mij de tijd heel even stil... Zelden kwam ik twee muzikanten tegen die op zo een unieke en speelse manier hun muziek brachten. Het was een mix van eigen nummers, diep rakende en vurige covers. Perfect voor recepties en trouwfeesten. Ik vond het een onvergetelijke ervaring en kan niet wachten om er terug van te kunnen genieten."

"Outstanding! Deep Down Brass played at our wedding reception and were truly amazing. Adam and the rest of boys were great from start to finish. Communication with the band was quick and easy. They responded to dozens of questions we had in advance of the big day (usually within the hour) and helped to put together a wonderful playlist, accommodating several specific requests. They put our minds at ease with their responsiveness and professionalism. On the day, the band arrived on time, set up quickly and quietly and proceeded to play two wonderful 50min sets ranging from our first dance to some rather drunken dancing late in the evening. With a rather small wedding, we were concerned that no one would be dancing, but Deep Down Brass had everyone up and on the dance floor with their amazing music and infectious energy."

"I booked Johnny for my husband's surprise birthday party, he was amazing 👏🏻 he had everyone up dancing from 1 year old to 93 year old.. took requests no problem and was so lovely to everyone. Even before the event he called and asked was there any specific songs we would like him to play. He had such a good variety of songs and was brilliant from start to finish. I will definitely book him again for my next event! "
