"I was very happy with the music. It was my first time hiring musicians that I didn’t know so was a little skeptical but the quartet was professional and very talented. They played beautifully and it made my event much more memorable. So happy and I would use them again!"

"Christopher performed at our wedding in September 2017 at Dorfold Hall and was a fantastic performer. Guests commented about what a fantastic performer Christopher was and he had a great range of songs he performed. Christopher offered to learn new songs to our taste and was extremely helpful and responsive in the build up to the wedding. I would highly recommend Christopher again."

"We were lucky enough to have Shindig play on day 2 of our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. Zero stress to deal with, great communication both in the lead up and on the day. The lads are wonderful musicians and a pleasure to deal with. The set list was perfect, a great mix of trad and popular music to keep guests of all ages happy and entertained. The atmosphere, energy and music they brought was amazing. Exactly what we were looking for. Couldn't recommend Shindig enough to anyone getting married - great night guaranteed! Thanks guys for making day 2 so special and helping us dance the night away."

"Jan was the consummate professional to work with from start to finish. An incredibly talented saxophonist who really added amazing value to our event. From performing at our welcoming reception as people arrived to really bringing the party alive on the dancefloor later in the evening. I can't recommend Jan highly enough. "Cameron played Sax on my upcoming album, and he also performed live with me! Although I personally botched our performance, his intuition and recovery saved the day! His thoughtful melodies are unique and eclectic like him, and truly he is brilliant in musicianship. On stage, he is magnetic and steals the show. "Brian and his band provided us with the most wonderful entertainment for our wedding this month. Right from the start Brian was easy to communicate and organise things with, they hardly required anything from us in order to come & play and where very flexible even when our plans changed at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed the music they played and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a band for a wedding."

"My partner and I got married last year in Barcelona and wanted something different and modern—not the typical wedding band with the same old songs. We saw their video and loved it, and once we talked to them about how they structure their show, we were totally on board. Short and punchy versions, just the best parts. The craziest part? We didn’t have a stage, and they still came right onto the dance floor—singing and playing between the tables and guests. You can tell they’ve got tons of experience. We didn’t book them through this site, but they asked us if we could write a review here to help out—so 10/10 from us. "

"Sugar Sweet Duo were a huge part of why our wedding day was so lovely. In hindsight we'd have booked them for longer! We asked them to do two 45 minute sets but I would suggest you go for a full hour because it just flies by so quickly. Many guests commented on how good they were. Melissa and Joe learned a special song for us in a short amount of time and at no extra cost. The DJ playlist after their set was the perfect volume; loud enough to get people up and dancing but not too loud that you couldn't talk to someone on the dance floor without screaming at them. We were also impressed with how enthusiastic, friendly and professional they are. We can't recommend Sugar Sweet Duo enough for your event."
