"I first witnessed The DooLallys years ago at a kind of impromptu kitchen session. I think deeply soulful is the best way to describe their mix of pipes, strings, and song - seamless switches between O'Carolanesque 18th Century rave style to sweet balladeering, along with true and loving versions of traditional Irish music tunes, all layered with a knowing hedge school poetic sensibility. "

"We booked Goldsworth Gerry for our works Christmas Party this year at Wisley and they were an absolutely joy and the consummate professionals despite our terrible time keeping during the evenings other planned events. They learnt our company theme ‘Hall of Fame by the Script’ which they performed brilliantly and even with very short notice they arranged some clips of music to be played during our staff awards! Martin and Stuart kept the dancing going with party classics and until our feet were sore; we didn’t want the party to end. We will, without a doubt, look to book the fab duo again. Book them now! ? "We hired the Left Coast Quintet to play for our wedding just before COVID shut everything down in March 2020. We originally booked them for 11/11/20. As I'm sure everyone can relate to, as the date got closer we became less hopeful about things changing and we knew we would need to postpone. We changed our date to July 2021 and then even changed our venue and throughout all of our changes, Dan was flexible, kind and assured us he would be available during our new date. As our date got closer, he offered feedback based on the little information I provided for what we wanted and on our big day the ceremony music was even more amazing than I ever imagined possible. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how great the music was! I also love this picture they snapped of us during our ceremony, it's incredibly special to see how it all looked from their point of view! All in all, I would highly recommend the Left Coast Quintet to anyone who is looking for an extra special touch for their wedding. "Truly, I can't thank you enough. Walking down the aisle to your dreamy playing of the Armed Man was so emotional, I'm so honored, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. I didn't get the pleasure of hearing you play as everyone was being seated, but my husband said you were simply perfect. The tone and style was everything we'd hoped for.
