Review Centre: Acoustic Bands

"We had a great time last night. We had Me & jiggs play at our going away party' and what a night to remember. We had a barbeque in the yard' .. the band came out to play an acoustic set of traditional tunes' ..all the young children gathered in a circle and danced to their hearts content. After about a half hour the band went inside where they had already set up for the performance .it was lively and there was something to suit everyone. The band had their own lights which brought the venue to life. It was unforgetable' we both really enjoyed it as did all of our friends. "

"The Cheers were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Even at the booking stages they were excellent at communication and answered all of our queries, making wedding planning that bit less stressful! On the day of the wedding, we were running a little late but The Cheers were completely understanding of this and patiently and calmly waited until everything was ready for them. It was definitely a bonus to not have to rush around trying to fit perfectly to schedules and to just enjoy the day! Our first dance song was absolutely stunning. We preferred it to the original version and are keen to get an MP3 or copy of it somehow! They performed it so beautifully! The rest of the sets were also fantastic- the music was perfect for guests of all generations- everybody knew the songs and danced! The Cheers' stage presence was brilliant- they really got everybody going! Everybody was on the dance floor enjoying themselves and the band too also clearly love what they do which was a joy to see! We've honestly had so many compliments over our fantastic choice of musicians. The Cheers are wonderfully talented and cover a fantastic range of songs. Everybody absolutely loved them! Thank you so so much to The Cheers! I recommend them completely! (10 / 10)"

"We just wanted to write a short thank you for playing at our wedding. The ceilidh was so much fun and a great success with all our guests. It was nice to see so many people of different ages and stages enjoy themselves together. The ceilidh caller did a great job in directing the moves and the musicians did a great job in playing such beautiful music!! "Really great musicians. The show is energetic with the complicity of a rich repertoire all revisited in an original, bold and polite style. The guitarists know each other by heart and the great fellowship is a solid basis for launching into rhythmic and virtuoso improvisations without ever losing the song. Recommended. Musicisti davvero grandiosi. Lo spettacolo è energico con la complicità di un repertorio ricco e tutto rivisitato secondo uno stile originale, coraggioso ed educato. "Many, many thanks Paul, for entertaining us all with your brilliant performances during our Christmas wedding. There were songs for everyone, and the playing of some of my favourites was a particularly lovely surprise and quite emotional to be honest!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul for any type of event, as his amazing voice and guitar seem able to adapt to such a varied song choice, even the odd singalong. "They are incredibly talented musicians and just as special as people. They truly saved us on our wedding day after being called — literally — at the very last second. They sang from the heart, performing special songs and sharing their emotions with us, even getting moved alongside us! All the guests were captivated by Anna’s voice and amazed by Michele on the piano… and Alessandro was absolutely brilliant on drums! "Petar's performance at our yacht party was the highlight of the evening. His ability to seamlessly blend singing and playing created a relaxed yet lively atmosphere perfect for the occasion. The way he interacted with the guests and adapted his set to the mood on board was impressive. While a few songs were less familiar to some attendees, his charismatic presence and talent kept everyone entertained. Petar's music added a special touch to our event, making it a night to remember. I would definitely recommend him for any gathering, especially where a vibrant and engaging ambiance is desired."

"We had an amazing experience with Marino and his band! after two emails we were all set and they delivered fantastic music and atmosphere to our wedding. We had to relocate half-way, but the band just took 10 minutes, and was playing again, despite the change of plans. I asked beforehand if the band could play a bit of jazz standards during our aperitivo and this they did exceptionally great! The dance floor was full after dinner and everyone enjoyed! Great repetoire and nice people!"
