"My husband and I booked DJ WeekN for our wedding in Mobile, Alabama and we absolutely loved him! Our guests had a great time and he was very accommodating since we asked him to play a lot of line dance songs. He showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with during the contract process. We sent him some songs and a script for the wedding announcement in advance and Branden was right on the money. We recommend hiring him for your events and parties. "I needed some lighting for my daughter's birthday party at what would otherwise have been a rather bare and functional venue. Wasn't sure what was out there, but not only were Spectrum local to me but they were able to provide just what I needed: enough lighting and effects to make a great party atmosphere and all I had to do was flick a switch. They were even able to work around the fact that they already had a booking in another part of the country for that night."

" Unique, talented, mellow DJ! Brian was approachable to talk to, esp. with it being my first time working with a DJ. He was willing to take the time to listen to songs that were important to me and other things about the wedding (actually we had a renewal of vows celebration that was like a wedding). Brian gave great suggestions based on lots of experience. His skills exceed that of others DJ's I've seen -- he's a musician himself too...a really good one! He has a ton of songs to pick from, too; he even pulled out what I'd call dinner versions of a lot of the songs on my playlist for when we were eating (our plan was to have more mellow music during that time). He was friendly and flexible, joining in with 2 other musicians I hired for square/folk dance music. If you're looking for someone who will bring a calm presence, look no further. I've been recommending Brian to several friends. Bonus: he played the music the perfect loudness (as in loud for a party) but comfortable for the ears (you could hold a conversation). I think this contributed to our guests feeling comfortable and smiling the whole time and getting to know each other. I loved that Brian brought equipment for the music to be outdoors at the end when my husband and I danced our special Last Dance on the grass surrounded by family and friends; it was so joyful and fun. "

"My fiance and I were looking for a DJ to cater for our very small wedding in a rather remote location in the Suffolk countryside. The hiring, communication and night went without a hitch, and all our guests raved about how amazing the DJ was. The whole process was effortless, and really gave me peace of mind knowing the music and entertainment was all taken care of in such a flawless way. Some guests wanted contact details so they could hire in the future. If you are looking for a DJ to cater for any event you have, look no further as DJ Sparx will be able to fit the bill. "Brian was everything that my husband and I could've asked for. He was professional, punctual, and most importantly he did a great job with the music selection. He was also able to provide a mic and amp for some live music during the ceremony, and played piano for us during the cocktail hour. We really appreciated having someone so multi-talented for our event. We gave Brian a smaller list of must-play songs, and with that outline he was able to fill in the gaps effectively with what the crowd was feeling. We didn't have to worry about the music all night, and he was mingling and getting requests from the guests with his iPad (a favorite detail of the guests'). Our wedding was a huge success in no small part because of Brian, and we cannot recommend him enough."
