Review Centre: Wedding Ceremony Musicians

"Matt performed solo for us on our wedding day (Friday 20th December 2019). We got married at Haarlem Mill in Wirksworth and had our reception at the same venue so Matt played/sang during our ceremony (including learning the song I walked down the aisle to), during our drinks reception, during the meal and then learnt a new song for our first dance as well. It must of been a really long day for him but he was amazing throughout and our guests are still raving about him. He created a great atmosphere throughout the day but especially during our wedding breakfast, you could immediately notice the huge difference the second he started playing, it made the meal feel so much livelier and upbeat. Matt even had people singing and swaying along to his singing whilst they ate their meals (plus he had all the kids up on the dance floor before pudding even arrived). He was friendly, helpful and polite throughout the booking process. Everything was streamlined and easy so we had no stress or concerns before the big day and we thought he was very very reasonably priced in comparison to similar acts. We'd 100% recommend Matt and we'll certainly hire him again for future events. Thanks for being part of our big day, you were amazing! Mr & Mrs White x (10 / 10)"

"Saira was fantastic. Ever the professional, such a strong, amazing voice. Had the room silent - which for a sports industry event, doesn't happen often. She was speedy on communication leading up to the event, collaborated on entertainment ideas and I would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking to add a change to their event. Beautiful voice!"

He offered a wide range of songs to choose from and tailored the performance perfectly to suit the mood and Italian theme of the evening. "Get Gospel sung at our work Christmas event, live streamed via Zoom. They were absolutely phenomenal! Despite being a virtual event due to Covid, Get Gospel still gave an incredibly engaging and spine tingling performance. They interacted with the employees in between sets with quiz questions, and the feedback we've had from everyone is amazing. To end the set they sung a version of All I Want for Christmas adapted to reflect our company - it was just perfect! I highly recommend Get Gospel for virtual events and (covid permitting) in person events!"

"On a sunny day in July we had the wedding of our dreams in the garden of our family home. The day was made even more magical by the sublime music, played with unobtrusive charm by Kieran. His guitar playing was wonderful. As one guest said, “I didn’t even get to the entry of the bride, I started crying for the beauty of the music!” We will always be grateful that he was a part of our day and he will probably never know what an important part he played. "Chris Harper performed at our Christmas party in December 2021, which was an event with 120 attendees. His communication beforehand was excellent and we were able to agree on the set he would be playing on the day. He arrived promptly to set up and was friendly towards members of staff at the venue. His performance was superb and enjoyed by all. He played a mix of his own music and covers of popular songs, even taking requests. We had an overall great experience and have invited him along again this year."

"We had Stevie attend our wedding with his bagpipes and he was absolutely amazing, and we had so many guests comment how lovely and great he was! He played as our guests arrived at the church, played us out of the church and again played us into our wedding breakfast as well as doing a traditional toast! Stevie was very accommodating and a lovely chap to have at our wedding. We would recommend him to anyone thinking about having a bagpiper!"

"Sandy was a great performer! His set up was great & efficient. Our family loves to sing along so he accommodated for that. He did his homework with prepping a playlist to keep everyone entertained for over 2 hours. We look forward to working with him again."
