Our audience love the quality of the film presentation displayed on Island Premiere's fabulous 12,000 lumen 4K Barco projector with 135" wide screen. "Carne asada and chicken tacos are so full of flavor. Salsa are bursting with flavor. Jalapeño popper tacos are something I have never heard of but glad we added them to our menu to be served. Can’t wait for our next event. "

"I wish I could give Luigi & Ceola Manor a higher rating than 5 stars. From the moment we looked at the venue to the day of our wedding, both Rachel and Luigi were extremely helpful. My wedding was perfect! I had 170 guests and everyone one I've spoken to had an amazing time, and I've received rave reviews on the food and the service. People are still talking about how good the prime rib was! The location is also beautiful. Ceola is located along lake Osceola in Jefferson Valley in the Hudson Valley region. I noticed a few of my friend's changed their Facebook profile photos to the ones taken at my wedding. The weather also helped. It was a gorgeous day, but I'm sure even if the weather "

"Just a quick note to say thank you for the catering at our daughter's birthday party today - I can't stress enough how much of a hit the crepe van was. It was a clear number one on things we've had comments about that people loved, kids and adults alike.
