"100% recommend Dave Collins Roadshow! Communication on the run up to our daughters party was brilliant, he gave us lots ofk information and kept in touch. He allowed us to make our own playlist, in which he played every song we asked for, he also took the time out to find all the radio edited versions due to it being my daughters 10th birthday party! "DJ Shawn was great for our wedding. He was a trooper with all our 'shenanigans', played all our songs and even let me play 'Pretend' DJ. OH...and than goodness he reminded me we needed to cut the cake! We were having so much fun I forgot all about it! "

"I engaged GK Electronics to run an international psychotherapy conference for me in June 2023 at Polhawn Fort in Cornwall, and from the very first conversation with Gary, I was sure they were the right team/company for the job. Gary was very clear in talking me through all the various options, and listening to my requirements and needs. I explained that as a therapist, academic and event planner I had no knowledge of anything technical and from that point on Gary made sure he spoke about the technical aspects in a way I would understand and be able to follow. The 3 day event was very complex, not least because it involved a range of speakers, using different platforms and formats for their presentations, a number of workshops we needed specialist audio visuals for, and a marquee where the keynote lectures would take place. We also needed to film the event to make CPD packages to sell after the conference and so the weather was a big factor in deciding where the main programme would take place. If we filmed inside the fort it would be a very different venue to prepare for with low vaulted ceilings and pillars to work around. The marquee was easier but if it rained it would have made filming difficult, so the decision on which space to stage the event in needed to be last minute. Gary and his team member Nick were so accommodating for this, and planned for every eventuality. The venue was on a peninsular cliff edge and so required them to transport all the equipment to the bottom lawn to be set up either in the main fort or the marquee. Fortunately the weather was favourable and so we did the entire conference in the marquee, but this required them to set up screens, a stage, lighting and sound equipment. They had a complete deck of controls and used this skilfully across the weekend to make sure the sound was always at an optimum level and working well. They were so patient and considerate of the needs of the conference to meet a range of delegates with disabilities, such as hearing impairments, and sight issues. Both Gary and Nick paid great attention to detail, and helped each of the speakers feel safe and secure in delivering their presentations, because of their expertise and advance planning. This in turn made me feel confident and secure in the knowledge that I had amazing technical support available 24/7 throughout the event. I could not have pulled off this event without the skills and support of GK Electronics and am so grateful to both Gary and Nick for their ability to be flexible, technically amazing and relaxed and easy going too. I would recommend them 100% and will certainly be using them again in future. Wonderful people and a great package of expertise and friendly support. "

"This Young guy really impress me, he went above and beyond to make my event like one of his large concerts. He knows is stuff and the price I paid for all he setup was unbelievable!!! I had Soundguy’s come and go at my college, this Guy is exceptional, he sure impressed me and my colleagues, he will be doing all of my events from now on. "

"Leighton’s organisation and preparedness for an event makes everything go smoothly. I was really impressed by the way he supports everyone involved and is always generous with his time and effort setting up the PA and sound. Leighton was very thorough; from liaising with other vendors (musicians, venue manager etc), to ensuring all the equipment was set-up and ready when required and then later packed down.
