"I met Doug at an outdoor event. The band we booked earlier had a sickness so they could not play for our annual corporate picnic. Doug was gracious to fill the slot in the last minute. When he plays, you think you are listening to a full band. Everyone had a great time singing and dancing. Doug was gracious enough to take requests. His singing, playing and extensive library is phenomenal. We will use him for future events."

In addition, his communication, friendliness, and accessibility gave me the peace of mind that he would take care of my event. He communicated with me a few days before my event and showed up about 1 hour prior to my event ready and eager to provide superb service.
