Both performances featured exceptional musicians and singers, and the entire process was smooth and professional. "Thanks to direct contact it was clear in no time which instruments/which music. Also nice consultation about what was possible based on the musical taste of the deceased. The performance was exceptionally good. Even an unexpected improvisation was picked up flawlessly. Highly recommended."

"Kit was booked to perform at a adult / children’s party. Kit was excellent and managed to blend the first set into an entertaining piece for the adults and kids. To a second set which was a perfect piece for a transition and background piece while w rate food and the kids relaxed. The third set was much more upbeat, grey for the adult entertainment and brought an excitement to the evening. I would not think twice about hiring Kit again. He manage our requirements perfectly , by listening to what we required and delivering on every request. The feedback from all our guests was exceptional! Thank you Kit and hopefully we will see you at the next event. Roy and family"

"Mr Swing’s Dance Orchestra made our wedding! We thought our special day couldn’t get any better after we exchanged our vows and heard the kind words from our family but, as soon as we heard the music, I knew that the band would leave an impact on our guests. I did not stop dancing all night! We truly enjoyed every moment of the band’s set and all our guests have commented on how wonderful they were. Really wish we could have had them longer. "On Sunday 24th February the ‘David Hitchen Sextet’ sounded like a band that had played together for years. The superbly presented performance had everything…a well planned repertoire, cleverly arranged charts and playing of the highest level. The fact that the six musicians met to perform together for the very first time only two hours before the gig, was quite beyond belief and had David not mentioned it during his announcements no-one would have known.
