Havanalike
"The band were brilliant for our party and took special requests for some of our favourite songs. Really great to work with in the build up to our wedding celebration, thank you so much again!"
Mariachi Sol de Lisboa
"Professional and perfect organization. Nice voice and great musicians! Everybody very happy. To repeat."
Banda Latina Music
"Banda Latina Music is currently the Latin music group based in Portugal with the greatest diversity of styles, mainly cumbia, Cuban son, salsa and merengue.
Working together for several years, the band is frequently invited, for its quality, to numerous concerts and events for various entities with which the group maintains a privileged partnership relationship. For various reasons, Banda Latina Music is a special group that will make a difference at your event. The band's sounds travel from traditional Cuban music to salsa, from Colombian cumbias to merengue, passing through other Afro-Latin musical genres. The band's instrumentation includes original instruments from these countries, such as the Cuban tres, the kuisi and various autochthonous percussion. The formation is completed by trumpet, clarinet, guitar, double bass and vocals. The distinctly rhythmic component invites dancing to these rhythms, contributing to the joy of the audience."
Luis Sierra Guitarrista
"We spent an unforgettable afternoon in the company of Luis Sierra and his guitar. Luis played for us a wide variety of music from incredible composers! It was a very special moment for the family and we would definitely hire him again in the future!"
Pagliuca-Mena Quartet
"The Pagliuca-Mena ensemble is incredible – and that is not a word I often use. I found it original, listenable and completely absorbing, not only for the musicians’ class but for the arrangements and the inclusion of so many different facets of music: It’s heavy on the jazz but also strong on the Latin, a little classical and even a touch of folk now and again. It is hard to put into words how struck I was listening to this so I am not going to try, but rather say if you want something very different but with enough familiarity to make it still comfortable, listen to this music.
It takes a lot for me to get excited by a band on first hearing, but the Pagliuca-Mena Sextet instigated just that. They are one of the most exciting bands I have heard for a long time and the delivery of this music is truly exceptional."
Miguel Sarduy sax
"Wow! I don’t even know where to start, our cocktail hour was brought to life when Miguel started playing. It was absolutely perfect and we haven’t stopped talking about it since! If you’re considering a saxophonist for your wedding or any event then Miguel needs to be your guy. He played all the best songs & paired with our DJ perfectly. 10 out of 10!!!"
