Club DJs in Voss, Hordaland, Norway are booked for how they handle a room over several hours, not for a song list. The craft is in transitions, tempo and key matching, and knowing when to hold a groove and when to lift it.
Most club DJs bring a controller or their own CDJs and mixer, but they expect a booth or a solid table, clean power and a PA that will hold up for several hours at volume. Ask whether the room has a sound limiter and what time music has to stop, because both change what a DJ can do with the last hour. Hotels, beach clubs and private villas often run an in-house system, in which case the DJ arrives with media and headphones only.
A club DJ reads the floor, so the useful brief is not a playlist but a shape: when doors open, when you want the room full, and when the night peaks. Say which genres are off the table, name two or three tracks that matter, then leave the rest. Open-format DJs move between house, hip-hop, R&B and commercial dance across a night, while a house or techno specialist holds one lane and goes deeper into it. Confirm who handles announcements, because not every club DJ works as an MC.
Rates in Voss run from kr1,000 to kr11,000+, with most bookings landing near kr3,850. Set length is the main driver, then equipment: a DJ supplying full sound and lighting for a private venue charges more than one plugging into a club's existing rig. Late finishes, public holidays and travel to a resort or island date all move the figure, so agree the end time before the quote rather than after.
The average price for Club DJs available in Voss, Hordaland, Norway is kr3,850 (NOK). Above you will also find a budget price and high end price. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Fredrik FREMA SAX Mattsson
"Simply the best experience. we loved the impact it had on the event and also what a pleasure it is to work with Fred. Everything was fluid, he was happy to adjust based on the audience response and organizer/venue requirements. 10/10... everything was marvelous! everything was flawless! Thank you"
Mehigh - Dj Set
"Best set, I enjoyed every second of it! Definitely recommend 10/10"
Silas Eriksen
"Silas, as DJ, was responsible for all audio during the day where a conference and later a workshop was held. Energetic background music to keep the mood of the attendees high, intro- and outrosongs for different speakers and spontaneous musical decisions was all handled smoothly by Silas.
During the later hours of the event Silas played his saxophone whilst DJ'ing. Starting of with lounge music to accompany mingle and smalltalk before bringing up the energy with international hits. His ability to play what the crowd wanted while adding some saxophone now and then was the perfect recipe for a successful dancefloor."
Richard Ellis Hawley music
"When Richard Ellis Hawley came out to New Zealand to visit Family and friends I took the opportunity to ask Richard if he would come and play the piano at the local rest home that I was doing voluntary work and Richard came and played to the residents for a couple of hours. Richard played a variety of songs from the era that the residents grew up with they loved him playing it was just wonderful it bought back memories to the residents and put a smile on their faces in fact they didn't want Richard to finish. Also I asked Richard for a CD he made of all his friends favourite songs including mine Unforgettable which was posted over to me in New Zealand where I live and I play it to my friends. Richard is a very gifted and talented musician would recommend him for all occasions."
The Disco Co
"The Disco Co did our wedding at Horton Grange this summer. Geoff was our DJ and he was fantastic. He read the mood of the room perfectly, playing songs which got even the most timid of guests up and dancing. He even played a little Mr & Mrs spin off, which was a perfect way to get the guests away from the buffet and onto the dancefloor. Than you for making the evening to unforgettable (although my memory was a bit fuzzy towards the end!)"
