Club DJs in Umeå, Vaesterbotten, Sweden are booked for how they handle a room over several hours, not for a song list. The craft is in transitions, tempo and key matching, and knowing when to hold a groove and when to lift it.
Most club DJs bring a controller or their own CDJs and mixer, but they expect a booth or a solid table, clean power and a PA that will hold up for several hours at volume. Ask whether the room has a sound limiter and what time music has to stop, because both change what a DJ can do with the last hour. Hotels, beach clubs and private villas often run an in-house system, in which case the DJ arrives with media and headphones only.
A club DJ reads the floor, so the useful brief is not a playlist but a shape: when doors open, when you want the room full, and when the night peaks. Say which genres are off the table, name two or three tracks that matter, then leave the rest. Open-format DJs move between house, hip-hop, R&B and commercial dance across a night, while a house or techno specialist holds one lane and goes deeper into it. Confirm who handles announcements, because not every club DJ works as an MC.
Rates in Umeå run from kr1,000 to kr11,500+, with most bookings landing near kr4,000. Set length is the main driver, then equipment: a DJ supplying full sound and lighting for a private venue charges more than one plugging into a club's existing rig. Late finishes, public holidays and travel to a resort or island date all move the figure, so agree the end time before the quote rather than after.
The average price for Club DJs available in Umeå, Vaesterbotten, Sweden is kr4,000 (SEK). Above you will also find a budget price and high end price. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Hus Shimbe
"Our wedding DJ was incredibly friendly, relaxed and positive. He played great dance music and created an atmosphere that felt like being at a proper live gig. The only small downside was that it was sometimes difficult for guests to get their song requests played. Overall, we were very happy with him and would gladly recommend him!"
Anton Morozov
"Anton did an outstanding job providing the saxophone, background, and DJ music for our wedding at our dinner hall.
He was highly skilled and intuitive and provided a performance that matched our preferences and the atmosphere of the evening. He was great at improvisation too and everyone loved his music and performance.
Our only regret was how quickly time flew by, and how we(the wedding couple) had to leave the dance hall for photoshoots so we missed the last part of his set where he was providing music to the dance floor. Our friends who stayed thoroughly enjoyed his music and could not stop praising him! I highly recommend Anton for your wedding, and look forward to working with him in the future! Thank you Anton!"
Fredrik FREMA SAX Mattsson
"Simply the best experience. we loved the impact it had on the event and also what a pleasure it is to work with Fred. Everything was fluid, he was happy to adjust based on the audience response and organizer/venue requirements. 10/10... everything was marvelous! everything was flawless! Thank you"
Dj Koldun
"We had the pleasure of having DJ Koldun at our event at Tallinn University, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The music was perfectly tailored to the event's moments, keeping the energy high and the vibe lively. We highly recommend him for any occasion. A true professional! Thank you!"
Void
"I know Void for about 10 years, evertime i hear him play he builds an amazing vibe, one of the best dj's i know and a great guy."
Silas Eriksen
"Silas, as DJ, was responsible for all audio during the day where a conference and later a workshop was held. Energetic background music to keep the mood of the attendees high, intro- and outrosongs for different speakers and spontaneous musical decisions was all handled smoothly by Silas.
During the later hours of the event Silas played his saxophone whilst DJ'ing. Starting of with lounge music to accompany mingle and smalltalk before bringing up the energy with international hits. His ability to play what the crowd wanted while adding some saxophone now and then was the perfect recipe for a successful dancefloor."
