The average price for Guitarists available in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada is $550 (CAD). Guitar players in Halifax mostly quote per set rather than per hour, starting from about $170 for a single instrumental set, with typical bookings around $550 and singer-guitarists bringing their own PA reaching $1,600+. Longer performances, weekend and peak-season dates, and sets that include vocals all push quotes up. When comparing quotes, check what each includes: amplification, travel and time to learn requested songs are sometimes itemised separately. Booking ceremony and reception music with the same performer often costs less than hiring two separate acts. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Nitin Sharma
"I invited Nitin to perform on stage solo for our private event. He performed for close to 2 hours non-stop and I don't have words to share how awesome he was. Incredible voice and an incredible perforamce that will be remembered for many years. Everyone in the hall enjoyed his songs and guitar to the fullest and it was a night to remember. Good Luck to Nitin he comes across a big future star indeed. 2 Thumps Up!"
Mike Goudreau Band
"Where do I begin? In a nutshell, Mike Goudreau Trio put our event over the top. He communicated with me prior to the event to iron out the details, they arrived promptly to set up, and my guests are still commenting on how wonderful their music was! I used Gig Masters for the first time, and they delivered the best! Mike, you and your group made my parents anniversary party extra special. I told you in person, but once again you did an amazing job. Anyone looking for a talented, reliable, exceptional group for their event should look no further than Mike Goudreau!!!
See you at our next family gathering.
Your fan and very satisfied client,"
John Anthony Ferrer
"I have hired John Anthony Ferrer to entertain my sorority reunion guests at the Bean Runner Cafe. Is amazing guitar playing as well as classic songs and popular pop tunes. John's hand the guitar really comes alive as well as the songs he plays. John is a real Rock Star, playing tunes from the Jazz era and then switching to the Pop songs of the last few decades. Then playing Blues before going into some romantic Bossa Nova. I also hired him to host and play guitar for 2022 New York Miss Teen pageant contestants. It wasn't long before he had the beautiful young ladies dancing and singing to the songs he played. A highlight to their busy schedule. To sum it up, John Anthony Ferrer's guitar wizardry will amaze you."
Juan Pedro Jimenez
"Juan Pedro and his group did a magnificent job, they have a lot of talent. They gave us a very fun time. I definitely recommend them!"
