Guitar players mostly quote per set rather than per hour, with rates in Lugano starting from about CHF110 for a single instrumental set, typical bookings around CHF330 and singer-guitarists bringing their own PA reaching CHF950+. Longer performances, weekend and peak-season dates, and sets that include vocals all push quotes up. When comparing quotes, check what each includes: amplification, travel and time to learn requested songs are sometimes itemised separately. Booking ceremony and reception music with the same performer often costs less than hiring two separate acts. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Duo Vaires

We designed an elegant program blending timeless classical pieces with refined jazz standards, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere for the members and guests. It was a pleasure to collaborate with such a distinguished organization"
Dagmar & Jacopo (Swing and Jazz Duo)
"Fae & Sebastian H. - Per Dagmar & Jacopo - Jazz & Swing Duo 27/08/2026, Wedding
Dagmar and Jacopo were truly the voice and soul of our wedding. We booked the duo to accompany the most special moments of our ceremony and aperitivo, and they made both absolutely unforgettable. Dagmar (fluent in so many languages, including the ones that were most important to us: German, English, Italian, and Spanish) enchanted everyone with her beautiful voice while also excelling in her role as our MC. From beginning to end, the collaboration felt warm, personal, and completely on equal footing, while always remaining highly professional. Their beautiful interpretations of songs that hold a very special place in our hearts made some of the most meaningful moments of our wedding even more memorable. And one moment we will definitely never forget: during our ceremony, one of the rings went missing. While everyone embarked on a scavenger hunt across the 2ha garden of the villa, Dagmar and Jacopo reacted quickly & kept playing.. providing the perfect soundtrack and turning this moment into one of the funniest and coolest experiences of the entire day. (Yes, we eventually found the ring! 😊)
Thank you, Dagmar and Jacopo, for bringing so much heart, joy, and beautiful music to our wedding. We couldn’t have imagined it without you."
Romeo solo Jazz Guitar/duo/trio/Big Band
"A precise and discreet person, he accompanied our evening with friends by playing jazz guitar, including manouche style, in a varied yet impeccable way—never overly virtuosic, never banal. The melodies did not take the center stage, providing the perfect background, just as we had requested. A wonderful evening. Thank you, Romeo!"
The Gigglers
"“The Gigglers” are the best, great musicians who made the best day of our lives even better."
Moon and Silver Duo
"We had the immense pleasure of having Angelo and Francesca ("Moon and Silver") perform at our wedding in Tuscany this June, and they were simply wonderful. Their performance during our ceremony in the Duomo di Pienza was truly mesmerizing and created a truly unforgettable atmosphere. They also provided the perfect musical backdrop for our afternoon coffee and cocktail reception; elegant, relaxed, and never overpowering. Beyond their outstanding musical skill, they were kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout. We couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone looking for beautiful live music for a wedding or special event. Grazie, grazie, grazie mille!"
Tazio Forte Quartet
"The best and coolest quartet for aperitivo! We where so happy to have them play at our wedding. Book them if you want high quality live music!"
