Guitar players mostly quote per set rather than per hour, with rates in Florida starting from about $140 for a single instrumental set, typical bookings around $360 and singer-guitarists bringing their own PA reaching $1,150+. Longer performances, weekend and peak-season dates, and sets that include vocals all push quotes up. When comparing quotes, check what each includes: amplification, travel and time to learn requested songs are sometimes itemised separately. Booking ceremony and reception music with the same performer often costs less than hiring two separate acts. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Cat Valentine
"Cat played for two events at Timber Pines, the Wisconsin Club and the Pickleball Club. Everyone loved her!! She engages with the audience and makes everyone feel so welcome!! Cat is the most beautiful person inside and out! I highly recommend hiring Cat to play at your next event. You won't be sorry.

Guitar George and Co.
"George played guitar and sang for us at the Opryland Hotel for 6 years. We also hired him for studio session work both vocal and guitar. He was a pleasure to work with, always on time, he is a good singer and guitarist. Because he is accurate in the studio, he saved us money."
Jeff Jarrett - Wedding & Event Music
"I hired Jeff Jarrett to perform live acoustic music for an event I was hosting for Raymond James at the Hawthorne Bottle Shop in St Pete. Everyone was blown away by his performance. Jeff is a true professional and has perfected his craft. He played a wide variety of music really catering to all the attendees. He took requests and played those flawlessly as well. Jeff was very memorable and many of my attendees were asking for his info before he finished!! Jeff was the perfect choice for our upscale and relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Jeff for your live music needs for any private corporate event in the St Pete, Tampa or Orlando areas!"
Rob Ryan Acoustic Entertainment

Brandon Dull Music
"Brandon wasn't just a talented performer - he was so kind and gracious for my mom's birthday celebration. Thank you!"
Flamenco & Latin Fusion: Music & Dance
"We had the BEST time thanks to this talented group of musicians! I mean, the food was great too, but by far they were the stars of the evening.
I cannot say enough good things about them, from the dancer's beautiful outfit, their punctuality, their enthusiasm, their professionalism. I sent them a song "wishlist" ahead of time, and nearly all of the songs were either sung or the original versions played during their break.
The singer was sensational, he also played the cajón (percussion), then there was the beautiful flamenco dancer who also did the "palmas" (hand clapping) and ended up dancing the Sevilllnas with a group of us (we had forgotten some of the steps, so she helped us, like a teacher!), and then of course the guitarist who was absolutely brilliant, too.
Our event would not have been as special without them. Although some of the songs they sang/played came from the wishlist, others came from the musicians themselves who, understanding their audience, came up with songs that surprised and delighted us.
I am actually trying to come up with a made-up celebration to have them come back to Lutz. Paying off a credit card maybe?
Anyway, this was an unforgetable party.
Thank you, Samuel, for putting it all together so brilliantly!"
