LED Performers for Hire in Wollongong

Hire LED Performers in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia

An LED act is defined by the light rather than the discipline. LED performers in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia include dancers in programmable suits, belly dancers with illuminated Isis wings, flow artists spinning LED hoops, poi and staffs, stilt walkers and jugglers with light-up props, and the occasional LED robot or mirror-suit dancer for a product launch. Many are fire performers by trade who offer the LED version of the same show wherever open flame is not allowed, which makes them the usual choice for hotel ballrooms and marquees.

Choosing Between a Show and a Walkabout

Decide first whether you want a staged show or roaming entertainment. A choreographed LED dance show runs five to fifteen minutes and needs a cleared floor and a moment when the lights go down; roaming acts work a drinks reception or a dancefloor in short bursts and need no stage at all. Ask how long the costume runs on one charge, whether colours can be programmed to match a theme, and how dark the room needs to be, because a brightly lit space flattens the effect.

What LED Performers Cost

Rates for LED performers in Wollongong run from $160 to $750+, with most bookings around $430. A single roaming performer sits at the lower end; a troupe with a choreographed show, custom programming and several costume changes sits at the top. Travel and set length account for most of the rest, and a fire-and-LED combination costs more than either on its own.
