Browse 574 saxophonists in Trapani, Sicily, Italy, rated 5 out of 5 from 2,082 reviews from real clients. Solo sax players, jazz duos and larger ensembles are available for weddings, parties and corporate events, with most bookings coming in around €410 and shorter ceremony sets costing less.
Availability moves fastest at the top of the calendar: peak-season Saturdays and the December party run get taken first, and a saxophonist covering both a ceremony and an evening set will usually hold the whole date rather than half of it. For a date that is already close, it is worth enquiring with more than one act at a time.

A saxophone is one of the easiest live acts to fit into a venue. One musician needs little more than a couple of square metres and a power socket, which makes a sax player workable in rooms that could never take a full band, and in venues with tight load-in access or no stage at all.
Ask the venue two things before confirming: where the nearest socket is, and whether there is a sound limiter. A sax player who brings their own PA still has to plug it in somewhere, and a limiter set low will cut a saxophone before it cuts recorded music, because the instrument is loud at close range and peaks sharply. Outdoors, heat and cold both pull the instrument out of tune, and direct sun on a metal body is genuinely uncomfortable to play, so shade and a dry surface matter more than a stage does. Drinks receptions on a lawn or terrace work well as long as the act has somewhere to stand that will not sink or soak.
Most saxophonists work from a backing track library rather than sheet music, so a request has to exist as a track before it can be played. Three to four weeks is a reasonable lead time for something learned specially, and a first dance or processional is worth confirming earlier still. Send a running order rather than a start time: an act that knows when speeches finish and when the dance floor opens will place its sets around them, instead of playing through the moments people are meant to be listening to.
Rates for saxophonists in Trapani run from €150 to €1,050+, with typical bookings around €410. Check what the figure covers before comparing quotes: PA and setup are usually included, travel may or may not be, and an overtime rate for running past the agreed finish is worth agreeing in writing rather than on the night. Most acts take a deposit to hold the date, with the balance due close to the event, and short notice tends to cost more rather than less, since a free Saturday in peak season is a date someone else has already turned down.

A total blast! 💣
What can I say, truly unique! They exceeded all our expectations. They were overwhelming from the first to the last minute. They made us have fun and go wild the whole evening! After all, the name is a guarantee. A special shout-out to the saxophonist, whose skill is disarming. Even today we still receive messages of compliments about the band. Highly recommended!"
Blue Sound2
"An absolute guarantee
I met Giulia a year and a half ago, and from that moment on I knew I had found a shoulder to rely on for the organisation and support of my wedding. They took care of the live music and we and our guests were captivated by their voices and their skill. They accompanied us from the moment we entered the venue to the moment everyone left. To say that they were amazing is an understatement! All the members of the group are musicians of a very high standard. We will always be grateful to them for making our day unforgettable. Thank you from Vincenzo and Noemi 17/07/2023"
Sunset Celebration
"The two stars go entirely to Fabio. He was professional, friendly, and great throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself.
Unfortunately, the DJ part was a complete disaster. We had explicitly agreed that music would play when we, the bride and groom, entered the aperitif – but that didn’t happen, even though they had arrived two hours early. That was incredibly disappointing for us. The transitions were jarring, the music selection was terrible, and several guests even complained to us directly. The DJ barely acknowledged us and seemed to be in their own bubble the whole time.
On top of that, the DJ completely missed the opportunity for our wedding dance. At some point, the music was just cut off abruptly – with no transition into the party music we had specifically asked for.
Because of all this, we simply cannot recommend them as a duo together. Fabio on his own was superb, but as a team, they fell far short of our expectations."
Marcello Leanza
"Words can’t describe how incredible Marcello and the whole band were for our wedding, 23/5/2026. I feel emotional just writing the review! From the moment I contacted Marcello, his professionalism and attention to detail has made me feel extremely special and valued, his communication was exceptional and he truly put in the time and effort to make our day magical, even playing “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles for us as a special nod to our Liverpool roots. The band looked impeccable, so stylish in their suits and sunglasses! And they ensured everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony, to the aperitivo and then the dinner. Not only that, the music was simply breath taking - every song choice we loved. It was lively, but classy and still allowed guests to talk while enjoying it. The setting - sipping our wine in the Sicilian sunset with their fantastic music… it’s something we’ll never forget. Each musician was a master of their craft and we genuinely feel honoured to have had them. I feel like we have made a friend for life and we extend the invitation to visit us in Liverpool, if they ever fancied it! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we genuinely are on a high from the day."
Cristiano Giardini
"Cristiano Giardini made the atmosphere of our evening unique and refined. In addition to being a talented musician with great experience, he is also a punctual, reliable and helpful person who will know how to understand your needs and give you excellent advice on organizing your event. We are looking forward to seeing him again soon for some other occasion."
JazzAbout095
"The most amazing band, absolutely smashed the day of our wedding. We highly recommend and we also loved the organisation pre-event and the adaptations they made .
Amazing people, genuinely good and we felt we received a very good service for what we paid.
