Rates for saxophonists in Ascona run from CHF150 to CHF1,000+, with typical bookings around CHF380. Check what the figure covers before comparing quotes: PA and setup are usually included, travel may or may not be, and an overtime rate for running past the agreed finish is worth agreeing in writing rather than on the night. Most acts take a deposit to hold the date, with the balance due close to the event, and short notice tends to cost more rather than less, since a free Saturday in peak season is a date someone else has already turned down. Mirko Fait
"I engaged Mirko for my birthday to play along a DJ and he nailed it! He lead the party with all my guests dancing to and joining in his fantastic improvisations and melodies. Great job, thanks a lot Mirko"
Mauro Tudino
"I listened to Mauro Tudino play in a venue in the center of Milan, and I immediately understood that his music would be perfect for the event I was organizing for my catering agency. I contacted him and we quickly came to an agreement. It was a success, he was very professional and discreet and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere with his saxophone. Highly recommended."
SAX - JAZZ Standards & Beyond
"We hired saxophonist Biagio Coppa's trio for our father's 60th birthday, a great jazz enthusiast. I didn't know Biagio before, but I have to say that his trio far exceeded all our expectations. Biagio was really good at intuiting, based on the indications I gave him about what my father listened to, and suggested a repertoire based mainly on cool jazz, creating the perfect atmosphere for the occasion. Biagio's expertise, professionalism and availability were evident from the start, but what really struck me was his creativity and ability to engage the audience. Thank you heartily for making the evening unforgettable!
Aldo"
Lorenzo Giupponi Sax / DJ
"Lorenzo was such a great addition to our event! He was so friendly and professional, and he set absolutely perfect vibes for our event. Our pool party was the day after our wedding, so we didn't know if people would be ready to party again or just enjoy some chilled house, and he was able to understand the feeling in the room and set a perfect tone, still bringing the excitement levels up with some moments of saxophone. Thank you Lorenzo!!"
