"I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the Inuvik Fire Department to thank Mark Crocker for making the trip north of the 60th parallel. His performance at the annual firefighters ball was outstanding, his ability to quickly learn certain aspects of the individuals attending and then use it as part of his comedy routine thoroughly fascinated the crowd and made the act that much more personal. He left the stage to a resounding standing ovation and our community is still reminiscing over his performance. The following morning, Mark was asked to do a show for the children of Inuvik, to which he quickly changed gears and captured not only their attention but their imaginations; many children after the show mentioned that Chester was in fact real and no matter how much you tried convincing them otherwise their impression remained unchanged. I was able to see Mark perform many years ago at the Ontario Association of Fire Chief’s conference and he made a large enough impression on me at the time that I had him perform for our community here in Inuvik. I was not disappointed, he was everything that I remembered and then some. I highly recommend getting Mark to perform at your function; his unique form of comedy will definitely add to your event.

Awesome! John Pizzi was the hit of the party for my son’s 40th and husband’s 70th birthday party.
He entertained the kids of all ages and the adults were laughing the whole time. Everyone commented on how entertaining he was. Don’t think twice, if you can book him, do it! You won’t be disappointed."

"Mark Crocker worked as a ventriloquist advisor on the Universal Feature, "Silence", directed by James Wan renowned director of "Saw". We were very fortunate that Mark was available. He voiced the puppet "Billy" during the shooting period and gave him a personality.
Without his participation we could never have created the illusion of authenticity required to portray the character "Mary" as a master ventriloquist. "Mary" was played by the wonderful New York theatre actress Judith Roberts.
Mark's efforts provided Judith with a fellow performer she could work with. "Billy" would never admit it but he will always owe much of his comic screen presence to Mr. Crocker.
Mark had a natural understanding of the film making process and participated with enthusiasm. When he said, "what if we did it this way?" more often than not his ideas were implemented. His input was always in support of "Billy's" character and the performance.
Should you be thinking of Mr. Crocker for a project requiring his talents as a ventriloquist please consider this my whole hearted recommendation."
