Barry White/Sade/Tina Turner Tribute
"The Barry White and Sade Tribute Show was a hit. They kept my guest entertained and on the dance floor. Their renditions of the songs were dead on. I would highly recommend them for your events."
Anthony and Jasmine
"🎷 A Wedding Performance to Remember!
We had the absolute pleasure of having Mr. and Mrs.Anthony & Jasmine perform at our daughter’s wedding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. From the moment the music began, it was clear we were in for something special. The saxophone and background vocals added a soulful, elegant touch to the ceremony and cocktail hour, creating the perfect atmosphere for every moment—from the romantic walk down the aisle to the joyful celebration afterward.
Not only was the performance flawless, but they went above and beyond by coordinating attire to match our wedding colors. That thoughtful detail made everything feel even more cohesive and personalized. Guests were raving about the music all night, and many asked for Mr. Anthony’s contact information for future events.
If you’re looking for a talented, professional, and genuinely thoughtful musician to elevate your special occasion, look no further. Anthony and Jasmine Smith are true gems!… ~Reesa"

"Kenny Kirby [2021] - Playin' The Cracks (Selected Tracks) [Philly Fillet Records]
I came across this artist via DJ Melismo's (aka Mats Olofsson) latest podcast in which he played "Someday We'll All Be Free" (and what a version!), so decided to check out the rest of the album
Kenny Kirby's name may not be well known but he has been performing for over forty years with top acts such as Van Morrison, Charlie Grace, Sly & The Family Stone, Delfonics, Three Degrees, Major Harris, Billy Paul, Intruders, Blue Notes, Soul Survivors and was conductor for The Tymes.
He is a piano player from Birmingham, AL, and released, what looks like, his debut album "Playin' The Cracks" in April. It is mainly covers, smooth jazz, some instrumentals and some quite MOR tunes, but three tracks did get my attention. I'm fairly sure it's not Kenny singing as some of the vocals are female. No one else is credited on the album, so I'm guessing they are unnamed guest vocalists on the vocal tracks.
The three tracks are a cover of Donny Hathaway's "Someday We'll All Be Free", "Some Things Never Change" and "Ultimate Lover" a song written by Linda Creed and Dennis Matkosky."

"Roasted turned into a whole vibe with PBSO! I came to Roasted expecting a chill night and PBSO turned it into a full-blown soulful concert. The way they transformed the space with live instrumentation, powerhouse vocals, and their smooth blend of funk, jazz, and R&B was unmatched. The energy was intimate but electric, and the crowd couldn’t get enough. Real music, real talent, real Nashville vibes."
