"It's not easy to find the right words to describe what Chiara and her entire team did for us... because it wasn't "just" entertainment, but a true journey we built together, step by step. It took months of work, discussions, ideas, rehearsals, shared decisions... until we arrived at something entirely our own: four different bands, in four different locations, with repertoires carefully crafted and personalized down to the smallest detail. "The two stars go entirely to Fabio. He was professional, friendly, and great throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself. Unfortunately, the DJ part was a complete disaster. We had explicitly agreed that music would play when we, the bride and groom, entered the aperitif – but that didn’t happen, even though they had arrived two hours early. That was incredibly disappointing for us. The transitions were jarring, the music selection was terrible, and several guests even complained to us directly. The DJ barely acknowledged us and seemed to be in their own bubble the whole time. On top of that, the DJ completely missed the opportunity for our wedding dance. At some point, the music was just cut off abruptly – with no transition into the party music we had specifically asked for. Because of all this, we simply cannot recommend them as a duo together. Fabio on his own was superb, but as a team, they fell far short of our expectations."
