One parking space close to the entrance and access 45 mins before guests arrive. I don't need a large or complicated setup - a simple dining table works very well. I can work with the space available and keep everything neat and organized.

About 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack down, and I can do both without disturbing your guests.

I'm currently operating as an independent private bartender, and I don't currently hold public liability insurance or specific venue certificates. If a venue requires particular insurance, licenses or documentation before an event, I'm happy to discuss the requirements in advance and provide any relevant information needed for the booking.

One of my favorite gigs was a private yacht party in November 2025 for a get-together with the ICC chairman and their guests. It was a great evening with a relaxed crowd, a beautiful setting and plenty of cocktails flowing throughout the night. Working on a yacht made it especially memorable - being out on the water, creating drinks for the guests and seeing people enjoy the cocktails and the overall experience. It's definitely one of the events that stands out for me.

My favorite events are private parties and smaller gatherings where I can actually interact with the guests and have a bit of fun with the drinks. I especially enjoy villa and yacht parties because there's usually a relaxed atmosphere and more room to create a cocktail menu around the occasion. I also love when guests are open to trying something different, especially my desi-inspired cocktails with flavors like Kala Khatta, jeera and kaccha aam.

I started experimenting with cocktails at home because I've always enjoyed trying new flavors and putting my own spin on classic drinks. Over time, that hobby turned into something more serious, and I began creating cocktails around flavors I grew up with.

As friends and people around me started enjoying the drinks and asking me to make cocktails for their gatherings, I began taking on private events and parties. That eventually led to Adi's Cocktails and doing private bartending gigs across Dubai, from house gatherings to villa and yacht parties. I really enjoy the creative side of building a drinks menu as much as I enjoy being behind the bar and interacting with guests.

I’m not the bartender doing bottle tricks or big flares - I'd rather let the drinks do the talking. I focus on making cocktails that actually taste great, have a good balance of flavors and leave you wanting another one. A big part of what I enjoy is creating recipes that people remember and come back to, especially my desi fusion cocktails using flavors like kala khatta, jeera and kaccha aam. For me, great bartending is less about putting on a show and more about consistently serving drinks that guests genuinely enjoy.

My standard service includes professional bartending for your event, help creating a cocktail menu, preparation and serving of the selected drinks, and everything needed to keep the bar running smoothly during the agreed service time. The exact setup can be tailored depending on the venue and event. I'm happy to discuss what you already have available and what I would need to bring so there are no surprises on the day.

I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, so we have enough time to plan the drinks menu and make sure everything is ready for the event. That said, I do take last-minute bookings if I'm available, so it's always worth getting in touch even if your event is coming up soon. For larger events, yacht parties or dates around busy weekends, earlier booking is definitely better.

I'd say clients usually describe me as easy to work with, relaxed and genuinely focused on making good drinks. They appreciate that I'm open to trying different flavor combinations and that I don't overcomplicate things - I listen to what they want and make sure the cocktails are something their guests actually enjoy. The feedback I value most is when people come back for another drink or ask me how they can get the recipe!
