I bring my own photography and filming equipment. I just need a secure place to leave equipment bags and access to a power socket for charging when needed. Any special arrangements are discussed with your venue in advance.

I bring microphones for recording vows and speeches, along with compact lighting for photography and filming when needed. For video coverage, I can coordinate audio arrangements with your celebrant, DJ or venue. PA systems and lighting for the event itself are provided by your venue or entertainment suppliers.

Yes. Combined coverage includes a dedicated photographer and videographer, so each can focus on their part of the day. You can also book either service separately. For video, a second videographer is available as an upgrade, particularly useful when preparations take place in different locations.

Yes. We can discuss everything in English and meet over a video call before booking. We’ll go through your plans, coverage and questions, then confirm the details in your quotation and contract. I can also coordinate with your planner or venue as the wedding approaches.

I usually arrive around 30 minutes before the agreed coverage start time to prepare and check the location. Wedding packages include up to 10 consecutive hours, with start and finish times planned together around your schedule. Coverage for other events is agreed individually.

Yes, I enjoy photographing and filming outdoor celebrations. We discuss the setting and timing beforehand, along with an alternative sheltered location in case of rain or extreme heat.
