Performing locally as Andover Sax Guy, saxophonist, singer and keyboardist Mark Sensinger transports listeners to the golden age of Hollywood swing and Bossa Nova with a repertoire of American Songbook classics by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, and Mel Torme – all accentuated with his trademark smokey saxophone.
Configuarations offered:
I can provide all equipment including instruments, mics, and PA system.
= areas covered (up to 75 miles)
= free travel (up to 50 miles)
Sax with backing tracks - a 4 foot X 4 foot space to accommodate myself, mic stand and speaker with speaker pole. I can operate on battery power with this set up so access to power will not be necessary.
One Man Band (keyboard, sax & vocals) - a 7 foot by 4 foot space to accommodate keyboard. Access to at least 2 electrical outlets is ideal, but I can make due with one.
One parking space is required.
I will need information regarding load-in/load-out, the size of the room (if indoors), the name of a contact person who will be onsite, and information regarding how payment will be handled.
I can provide my own sound equipment. I do not have lighting at this time.
I can provide DJ service via pre-recorded music between sets.
I usually perform 3 or 4 sets of 50 - 60 minutes each with 10 minute breaks in between. My setup(s) are as follows:
Sax with backing tracks: set up consists of a speaker on a speaker pole and a mic stand with a microphone.
One man band: Keyboard, piano bench, mic stand with microphone, mixer, and either PA speakers or one small speaker (depending on the size of the room)
I am happy to perform outdoors as long as there is a power source if the one man band set up is reqeusted.
I can create custom arrangements upon request as long as there is sufficient lead time. This is often the case for weddings where the bridal party has specific music in mind for the ceremony, entrance to reception, first dance, etc.
