For acoustic performances, technical requirements are minimal and depend on the venue and audience size. For electric violin performances, I require a suitable PA system with an available audio input and access to a power supply where needed. Technical details can be coordinated with the venue or sound engineer in advance.

I usually ask for the performance location, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, the approximate audience size, access and parking information, and the availability of a PA system or sound engineer. For outdoor events, suitable weather protection is also important. I coordinate all technical arrangements with the organiser in advance.

I bring my own instruments and essential performance equipment. For electric violin performances, a suitable PA system is required, which can be provided by the venue, DJ or an external supplier. Additional sound equipment can be arranged upon request. Lighting is not included as standard.

I can play background music before and between my sets when I have easy access to the sound system or mixing console, allowing for smooth transitions without interruptions. If the performance setup requires me to move around the venue or away from the console, a DJ or sound engineer will need to manage the music. I do not provide a standalone DJ service.

One of my most memorable professional experiences was performing with CocoRosie. I've also had the privilege of playing at prestigious venues such as Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Somerset House in London and Le Trianon in Paris. Each experience has been special in a different way, from classical concerts to contemporary live productions.

I love events where live music becomes an essential part of the atmosphere. From intimate wedding ceremonies and elegant receptions to vibrant parties and DJ collaborations, I enjoy adapting my performance to the occasion and connecting with the audience. The variety is one of my favourite things about my work.

I began my musical journey through classical training, eventually earning a Master's degree in Viola and performing in orchestral and chamber music settings. Over time, I expanded into contemporary music, live productions and private events. I've since collaborated with artists including CocoRosie, Benjamin Clementine, Kygo and Tony Hadley, performing internationally as both an acoustic and electric violinist.

My musical roots are classical, but my influences extend far beyond classical music. I've always been drawn to rock, metal, electronic music and drum & bass. Rather than having one favourite artist or song, I'm inspired by the energy, creativity and emotional impact of different genres, and I love bringing those influences into my violin performances.

I usually arrive 1.5/2 hours before the performance to allow time for setup, soundcheck and getting ready. Technical setup typically takes 30/40 minutes, depending on the venue and equipment. Performance times are flexible and tailored to each event, from short ceremony appearances to longer sets for receptions and private parties.

Absolutely! I'm happy to perform outdoors, weather permitting. I require a safe, stable and level performance area, with adequate protection from rain, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to protect my instruments and equipment. For amplified performances, suitable power and sound arrangements must also be provided.

Clients are very welcome to choose their favourite pieces from my repertoire, and I'm always happy to offer suggestions to suit the occasion. I can also prepare special requests that aren't currently on my song list, with an additional fee for custom arrangements and rehearsal time. Ideally, requests should be made at least three weeks before the event.

I offer both acoustic violin for elegant moments such as wedding ceremonies and receptions, and five-string electric violin for more energetic performances, including parties and DJ collaborations. Both options can be combined within the same event, with a bespoke quotation based on your schedule and requirements.
