What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Sound for small-medium gigs.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

We were able to perform for one year every Wednesday at Axelrad, Houston, which is one of the most relevant places in Houston. This was a great opportunity to consolidate the sound of the band.

What's your favourite type of event?

We love playing on big stages like festivals, but small crowds are also special for us.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We have more than 10 years of experience as performers.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

We love a great variety of Latin music and we are influenced by the folklore of Latin America.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.

Are you happy to perform outside?

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous customers would describe us as a group that connects with the audience.
