1 parking space and electrical outlet to run extension cord to, if needed.
Are they looking for more intimate ballads or dance music; place to park to unload easily, is merchandise sales allowed? tips allowed?
Yes, we have our own PA system, will use house equipment if that is what is required.
Yes, I am able to provide music during set up and any breaks.
Truly enjoyed opening for Ricochet at the 60th Annual Geneva Grape Jamboree in Sept 2025, crowd was amazing and the entire day was filled with excitement, music, meeting new fans, friends and fellow artists.
I enjoy playing at all my events, I'd have to say my favorite is when the listeners truly connect with and enjoy my original music, as well as any covers that may be sung. Events that allow me to interact with the audience and bring the joy of music to each of them.
I previously worked over 20 years at a job that made me very unhappy, paid the bills, had benefits, etc. I started part-time gigging while at that job and then gave that up a little over 9 years ago to pursue music as a full-time career and have not looked back.
George Strait, John Anderson, as well as many others, cannot truly say I have a favorite, each has their own unique sound and style that make them who they are. I do not have a "greatest song of all time", I truly like and enjoy numerous artists and their music over the years
No, I do not use backing tracks or IPad, I have about 6 hours' worth of music memorized to entertain guests.
I arrive an hour before performance to set up, when doing a 2-hour set, generally do not take a break unless audience members ask me questions or get involved in some capacity. A 3-hour set I will generally take 2 10-minute breaks. If the audience is enjoying the music and the venue is not in a hurry to shut down, I've been known to go a bit over without asking for additional compensation. My main goal is to ensure the audience and hiring venue are both happy with music and performance.
Yes, provided there is adequate power supply, flat surface and a cover in the summer. I will not play outside in wet weather if there is any chance of damage to the equipment.
I will learn special songs by request ahead of time for events such as weddings, etc. I do not use an IPad or music stand, so I have hours of memorized songs, both original and covers and that has generally worked well to please all listeners.
Professional, great sound, great interaction and ability to get people up dancing (if space allows).
