Ellis Green Music provides elegant, engaging live jazz music, whether in a concert setting or as background music for weddings, restaurants, hotels, and parties.
Ellis Green is a jazz pianist/bassist and a Phoenix native. For nearly ten years, Ellis has been performing around the valley at prestigious local venues including LON's at the Hermosa Inn, the Phoenician, and Scottsdale Fashion Square.
During his career, Ellis has performed at events for clients ranging from ASU to the NFL, and for audiences including the mayors of Phoenix and Tempe and the governor of Arizona.
Ellis regularly performs in different configurations, whether as a solo pianist or as a trio with upright bass and drums.

It'd be very helpful to know in advance any details about parking, what time the venue is available for loading in, locations of outlets, and volume limitations.
We'll provide our own sound system, which is suitable for small- to medium-size venues. We're happy to discuss options for large scale setups as well.
We'd be happy to play music through our system during breaks.
Some memorable gigs include playing for the governor of AZ, performing in Terminal 3 at PHX Sky Harbor, and being featured live in the Fox 10 newsroom for a morning promo segment.
I love events where the music can fit into the background to service the event's overall ambiance.
I've been performing primarily jazz since 2015 as both a pianist and bassist.
We can set up as quickly as 30 minutes before the start time, though if we're needed earlier we're happy to arrive sooner.
We can perform outside, though access to an outlet is necessary and shade is strongly preferred.
We often are able to honor requests made in advance whenever possible- happy to discuss it with you.
Our clients seem to most appreciate our ability to control volume so as not to overpower their event.
