Please share the venue name and address, indoor or outdoor setup, guest count, room layout, event schedule, and the sound, lighting or display coverage you need. Let us know about stairs, elevators, loading access, sound limits, power availability and any venue requirements.

We coordinate the equipment footprint and power requirements with you before the event. We need safe access for unloading, nearby loading/parking arrangements, and suitable power for the agreed setup. Outdoor equipment requires a suitable protected location and a weather plan. Please advise us of access restrictions early.

Setup and pack-down time depend on the equipment, venue access and production scope. We agree on the arrival, setup and collection schedule in advance, allowing time to test the system before it is needed. Please include any restricted access or venue deadlines in your enquiry.

Yes. HSLE carries commercial general liability insurance with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate. The current policy period is February 12, 2026 through February 12, 2027. Proof of insurance is available on request. Please share any venue-specific insurance requirements before booking so we can review them.

HSLE Productions LLC was established in 2023 and is based in Hollister, California. Owner Aaron Callanta, also known as DJ AyAyRON, combines hands-on DJ and event work with a professional IT background. Our team provides DJ/MC entertainment and audio, lighting and visual support for weddings, schools, private clients and corporate events.

We bring entertainment and technical production together, so sound, lighting, announcements and visual elements can be planned as one coordinated setup. Our approach centers on reliability, efficient preparation and polished presentation. We tailor the equipment and staffing to the event rather than recommending the same package for every room.

Yes. Depending on the equipment and event, we can quote rentals or a setup with delivery and technical support. Let us know whether you have someone comfortable operating the equipment or would prefer an on-site attendant. We will confirm the most practical option and all inclusions before booking.

Yes. We plan around your venue, audience, schedule and goals. We can recommend sound coverage for speeches or live musicians, microphones, screens and slideshow playback, lighting, live streaming and optional entertainment enhancements. Tell us what you need the system to do, and we will build a suitable quote.

Every quote identifies the equipment, rental period and services included. Depending on your needs, we can arrange delivery, setup, testing, collection and on-site technical support. Staffing, additional coverage and enhancements are confirmed in the proposal so you know exactly what is included.

Contact us once you know your date and venue, particularly for weddings, school events and busy holiday periods. Earlier enquiries give us more time to coordinate equipment and staffing. We may also be able to help at shorter notice, subject to availability and the production requirements.
