We require access to at least one standard power outlet (110V). Equipment must be used in dry, covered conditions. If onsite staff or DJs are included, we’ll need table space and access to the performance area at least 60 minutes before guest arrival. For larger setups, we may also require dedicated parking for load-in/load-out.

We need the exact delivery address and any specific instructions to locate the venue or loading area. If onsite staffing is included, we’ll need access and setup time at least 1 hour before guest arrival. Please notify us of any stairs, elevators, restricted access, or if the venue has noise restrictions, limited power sources, or Wi-Fi limitations.

We provide wireless 3-channel LED headphones and all required audio transmission gear for silent disco events. Lighting is not included by default but may be available as part of a full production package upon request. We do not provide traditional PA systems unless explicitly arranged.

Yes. For rental-only clients, you're welcome to use Spotify, a DJ app, or any audio source connected to our transmitters. For full-service bookings, we can provide a live DJ and/or curate Spotify playlists before, between, or during sets—customized to match the event vibe or client preferences.

We’ve brought silent disco to the California Academy of Sciences during their NightLife series, to the San Francisco Zoo after-hours, and even to the deck of the Groove Cruise. One especially memorable experience was setting up a silent dance floor under the stars in Yosemite—where guests partied with headphones surrounded by natural beauty. Each venue offered its own vibe, but all shared that surreal, high-energy magic that only a silent disco can create.

We started in 2009 by producing pop-up silent disco events in nightclubs and unconventional spaces. From there, demand grew fast, and we began providing rental kits and full-service production for private events, schools, festivals, and corporate activations. We’ve been influenced by artists who bring people together on the dance floor—Daft Punk, Missy Elliott, LCD Soundsystem, and Fatboy Slim have all shaped the vibe of our silent discos. One favorite is Anderson .Paak—his blend of funk, soul, and hip-hop always gets people moving. As for the greatest song of all time? Hard to pick just one, but “Music Sounds Better with You” by Stardust captures the energy and unity we aim to create at every event.

For rentals, we ship in advance so clients have the gear ready the day before. Setup typically takes 15–30 minutes. For full-service events with staff or DJs, we arrive at least 60 minutes before guest arrival for setup and sound check. Performance times vary depending on the event, but we’re flexible and can accommodate multiple sets or continuous playback across channels.

Yes, we’re happy to support outdoor events. We just require a dry, covered setup area with access to a standard power outlet. The equipment is not waterproof, so it must be protected from rain and moisture at all times.

Absolutely—clients can fully control the music. For rentals, you can stream your own playlists, use DJ software, or hire your own DJ. For full-service bookings, we can curate playlists based on your preferences or provide a live DJ who adapts to the crowd in real time. It's always tailored to the event.
