"Iguarán Quartet is a string quartet that seeks to erase the boundaries between classical and popular music. In its show “Echoes of Latin America,” Iguaran Quartet explores the diversity of sounds by embracing the different languages of traditional popular music and takes us on a journey through the most characteristic folk rhythms of countries such as Argentina, Colombia, and Peru."

Since its debut in March 2025, Iguarán
Quartet has performed at many of
Belgium's most renowned venues, such
as Brussels Parliament and Brussels City
Hall; European Parliament (concert
organized by the Cervantes Institute in
Brussels), Art BAse, De Markten Cultural
Center, The Antwerp Pianist and Cellule
133. It has also been a part of numerous
festivals such as Festival Courants d’air,
Iris Festival, Festival Sur La Place,
Strings of Spring Festival as well as
Festival Musiq3 2026, in which the
quartet had the pleasure of performing
for the first time in Flagey Studios.
