We need a space of at least 3x3 m, ideally 4x4, and we also need four chairs without arm rests. Depending on the space, we might need microphones (depending on the needs of the client)

We need to know if the event will be indoors or outdoors, the designated room/space to leave our cases and belongings, and any directions tht will help us find the venue.

We don't use sound system (as is not required for our setting), we will make sure we have enough light to read our scores.

Yes, we can provide a spotify list to play between sets and before and after our perfomance. The client is also welcomed to choose the music themselves

We normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.

Depends on weather conditions

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs (good quality sheet music must be provided, score and individual parts) . The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them

Requests are welcomed! However, in the case we do not have the music scores already, the client will need to provide the sheet music.
