Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

A performance space of at least 8 m × 5 m, with a level, stable surface.
Access to 2 × 13A power sockets (or equivalent local standard) located close to the performance area.
A minimum setup time of 60–90 minutes before the performance and 30–60 minutes for pack-down.
Safe access for loading and unloading equipment.
3 parking spaces close to the venue for performers and equipment transport.
Basic venue lighting, with the ability to dim house lights if required.

What information do you require about a venue?

We need clear directions to the venue, including any access details that will help us arrive on time and locate the correct area for unloading and setting up our equipment. We would also appreciate information about parking availability, loading access, the performance area, power supply, and any venue restrictions (such as sound limiters, noise curfews, or volume restrictions).
It would also be helpful to know the schedule of the event and any specific requirements from the venue so we can ensure a smooth setup and performance for the wedding.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we are completely self-contained. We bring our own PA system and all the necessary sound equipment for our performances. We do not provide lighting equipment, so we rely on the venue’s existing lighting setup if required.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we can provide background music before the performance and during breaks between our sets. We can create a suitable playlist to match the atmosphere of the wedding, or we are happy to work with the couple’s preferred music choices. We do not provide a full DJ service, but we can manage the music playback during the event when required.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

Every great gig is about the crowd, but one that really stands out was performing for over 1,000 people at a summer festival. The energy was incredible, and the audience kept us on stage for an encore. Our favourite venues are those with amazing acoustics and a lively atmosphere—whether it's a historic theatre, a buzzing music venue, or a stunning country house wedding.

What's your favourite type of event?

Weddings are our favourite type of event because they represent such a unique and special moment in people’s lives. We feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to be part of such an important day, creating the soundtrack for some of the most emotional moments and memories that will last forever.
We love the atmosphere and energy of weddings: from the emotion of the ceremony, to the joy of the reception, and finally to the moment when everyone lets loose and gets on the dance floor. Every couple has their own story, and our goal is to bring that story to life through music, with a repertoire that can engage guests of all ages and make every celebration truly unforgettable.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

Our journey started with a shared passion for music and a desire to create unforgettable moments through live performances. Over the years, we have specialised exclusively in weddings, gaining extensive experience in creating the perfect atmosphere for couples and their guests. From intimate celebrations to large receptions, we have performed at many beautiful weddings, learning how to adapt our music and style to make every event unique and memorable.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

We have been influenced by a wide range of artists across different genres, from timeless legends to modern performers who know how to connect with an audience. Artists such as Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Queen and The Beatles have inspired us with their incredible melodies, energy and ability to bring people together through music.
Our favourite artists are those who can create a real emotional connection, which is exactly what we aim to do at every wedding we perform. Choosing the greatest song of all time is almost impossible, but songs like Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen, September by Earth, Wind & Fire, and Ain’t No Mountain High Enough are some of the tracks that never fail to fill the dance floor and create unforgettable moments.

Do we need to take care of the Italian music license fees (SIAE), or do you handle it?

According to Italian law, the organizer of the event (the couple or the wedding planner) is responsible for obtaining and paying for the SIAE music license. However, we will provide you with all the necessary details (such as the music program/programma musicale online) and guide you or your planner step-by-step through the online process to make it quick and stress-free.

How long before the event starts will you arrive at the venue to set up your instruments and audio systems?

We always arrive at least 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time of our performance. This ensures we have plenty of time to set up our instruments, position our professional amplification systems, perform a discreet soundcheck, and be fully tuned and ready before your first guests arrive.

Can you perform outdoors for our ceremony or cocktail hour? What are your technical requirements for outdoor spaces?

Yes, we love performing outdoors! Our acoustic instruments sound beautiful in gardens, villas, and open spaces. We only require two things for outdoor setups: a reliable power source nearby for our amplification systems, and a completely shaded area (such as a tent, canopy, or large umbrella) to protect our professional classical instruments and equipment from direct sunlight, heat, or sudden rain.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour are held in two different areas of the same venue. Can you cover both moments?

Yes, absolutely. Thanks to our flexible setup and professional sound equipment, we can easily move between different areas of the venue. We plan the transitions carefully so that the music moves seamlessly with your guests, ensuring there is no awkward silence during the relocation.

What is the process to officially book you and secure our wedding date?

To officially secure your date in our calendar, we require a signed booking agreement and a standard deposit. Since we receive multiple inquiries for popular weekends during the Italian wedding season, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the deposit is processed, your date is 100% locked in!

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to carefully set up our instruments and sound equipment. Our performances are fully customizable: we typically structure our playing times around your wedding schedule, such as a dedicated set for the ceremony followed by 2 x 45-minute or 2 x 60-minute acoustic sets for the cocktail hour and dinner. We are happy to adapt the timing to ensure a seamless musical flow throughout your special day.

Are you happy to perform outside?

We love performing outside and our acoustic instruments sound beautiful in outdoor spaces. To protect our classical instruments and electronic equipment, we kindly ask for a completely shaded area, a flat level surface, and a reliable power supply close to the performance area. In case of rain, a suitable indoor backup option must be provided.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We want your wedding soundtrack to be completely personal. You are welcome to select your favorite tracks from our extensive 300+ song repertoire, or you can let us curate the music to perfectly match the mood of each moment. Additionally, we are happy to learn up to 3 custom songs that are not on our list—such as your special processional or first dance—and arrange them beautifully for the acoustic instruments you have chosen.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous customers most commonly describe us as a highly professional and elegant collective that brings a deeply emotional atmosphere to weddings. They often highlight our versatility in seamlessly transitioning from solemn classical pieces during the ceremony to sophisticated, modern acoustic pop and jazz covers during the cocktail hour, creating an unforgettable experience for all their guests.
