Jennifer lee started singing at the age of 12 and since that time has been involved in the music industry as a performer, musician and songwriter.
From cabaret to country, from original rock and roll to writing and producing music for children, Jennifer is happiest when on stage. The Jennifer Lee band toured Australia from 1978 to 1983 showcasing their original music with many Australian and international bands and has recently reformed working around clubs in Melbourne.
Over the years Jennifer has worked with many bands and artists including Kate Ceberano, Jackie Love, Dennis Walter, Survival, Heat Treatment, In Vogue and Body and Soul.
Jennifer is part of a 60's comedy trio - The She-laas which works to raise money for Breast Cancer and takes the part of Christine McVie in the tribute show ‘Dreams – the Rumours of Fleetwood Mac”
Since 1997 Jennifer has run hey dee ho educational services providing educational and entertainment for children up to the age of 12 years.
Over the last 25 years Jennifer has been part of the Magic Melodies team presenting music for Seniors in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Jennifer offers several shows for the morning melodies circuit.
1. Olivia Newton John & Friends – a tribute to Oliva including songs from other wonderful Australian artists of the period. The Seekers, Helen Reddy, Debra Byrne and many more.
2. Tribute to the wonderful female voices of the 50’s & 60’s including songs from Petula Clarke, Connie Frances, Shirley Bassey, Olivia Newton John, Doris Day, Lulu and many more classic hits from the era.
3. ‘Super 70’s’ show featuring songs from the disco era, including hits like YMCA, Dancing Queen, YMCA and many more
4. Shania Twain and friends – a tribute to Shania and many country favourites

Over the years I have performed at many wonderful events, but my favourite would have to be Carols by Candelight at the Myer Music Bowl
I enjoy all events but concerts - I enjoy concerts for seniors and also dance events at clubs and hotels
I have been performing all my life - solo, in duos/trios and bands. I have had the opportunity to be involved in many different genres of music - pop, country, rock and original music touring across the east coast of Australia.
It is hard to choose my favourite artist/singer. I love the lyrics of Billy Joel, the amazing vocal control of Barbra Striesand, Whitney Huston, TIna Arena and the groove of such artists as Huey Lewis, Ella Fitzgeral and Etta James
The morning shows are suited to people aged 60 years plus
The night time dance shows are suited to those 40 years Plus
I like to arrive in time to set up before the audience arrives. When wokring solo, i only need 30 minutes to set up. When working with a band, we would need up to 2 hours prior
I can organise my sets around the requirements of the venue - from 1 hour concerts, to 3 hour dance gigs (3 x 45 min sets)
Providing the area is sheltered and power is readily availabee we can work outdoors
Mainly a set repertoire but happy to do one or two specific requests if we get advance notice
