I usually just need a plug socket and a small space to play in (it can be really small if you're pushed for space).
I need to know if they have limiters in place and if they have the required space which I need to play in (which is very compact - I can fit into almost any room).

I usually ask for an hour minutes to set up but if schedules require it I can set up in about 45 minutes.

I can really customise the setlist we choose together to your tastes - I have a big songlist here (over 300 songs), but I'm always happy to learn new ones and I never charge for that. I've learned songs in Turkish, Arabic, Russian and on fingerstyle guitar before so no ask is too big! Anything to avoid playing Sweet Caroline again (joking).
