What We Need From You
To confirm a booking and ensure the performance runs smoothly, we'll need the following information from your venue:
Minimum stage area of 4m x 4m with clear access for load-in and load-out
Dedicated power supply — minimum 2 x 13A sockets at stage level
Ceiling height (minimum 2.5m recommended for lighting rig)
Venue capacity and approximate room dimensions
Any noise limiter restrictions or sound curfews in place
Designated load-in time and parking arrangements
On-site contact details for the day of the event
As standard, Francis arrives with a 2kW PA system and a full stage lighting rig — suitable for most venues up to medium capacity. No in-house sound or lighting equipment is required. If your event requires a larger system, an enhanced package is available — please enquire for pricing.
Between sets, we are happy to provide DJ services via Spotify at no additional cost, keeping the atmosphere going throughout the evening.

Honestly, it doesn't matter whether it's a wedding, a corporate night or a bar full of strangers — when a room decides it's going to have a great night, everything clicks. That's what we play for. The moment the dance floor fills and nobody wants it to stop.
Over 3,000 performances across 15+ years, spanning pretty much every format a live band can play. We've done the UK circuit extensively — pubs, clubs, theatres and everything in between — before expanding internationally to venues and events across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Notable highlights include the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, after-show sets following stadium performances by Coldplay and Kings of Leon, luxury resort residencies, and appearances at international events in locations ranging from the French Riviera to South Africa. We've played weddings, corporate galas, private parties, festivals and late-night bar residencies — and we bring the same standard to all of them.
Foo Fighters and Muse sit at the core of everything we do — that combination of massive rock energy with real melody and songwriting craft is exactly what Francis is about. But you can't talk about our influences without mentioning Oasis and the whole Britpop era. There was something about that period — the attitude, the anthems, the way those bands made you feel like music actually mattered — that never leaves you. It shaped how we think about a live show: every song should feel like it means something, every chorus should be one the crowd can own.

Greatest song of all time? Bohemian Rhapsody. No contest. Six minutes of pure audacity that somehow became the most universally loved piece of music ever recorded. It's the song that proves there are no rules — and that's exactly the spirit we try to bring to every performance.
We typically need around an hour to an hour and a half to set up and soundcheck, so we'd ask to have access to the venue or stage space from that point before you need us performance-ready. On the night, a standard Francis show consists of two sets of 45–60 minutes each, with a break in between during which we provide DJ services via Spotify to keep the atmosphere going. Set times and structure are flexible and we're happy to work around your event's schedule.
Absolutely — we're very relaxed and flexible when it comes to outdoor performances. We've played a wide variety of settings and formats over the years, so if you have an outdoor event in mind just let us know the details and we'll make it work.
We have an extensive repertoire built up over 15+ years and thousands of performances — honestly, there are songs in there we've almost forgotten we know. If you have something specific in mind, just ask. We'll always do our best to accommodate requests and make the setlist feel personal to your event. It's your night, after all.
