London Event DJs Premium wedding DJs, saxophonists and live event entertainment

We require safe access for loading, suitable nearby power, adequate setup space and enough time to install and test the equipment before guests arrive. Exact requirements depend on the selected DJ, musician and production package and are confirmed with the venue in advance.

We need the event timings, access and loading arrangements, parking information, performance area, available power, any sound limiter and any venue restrictions covering haze, indoor cold sparks, lighting or special effects.

Yes. As a professional DJ service we can provide suitable background music before the main celebration and during any agreed breaks. Music preferences, key songs and do-not-play requests can be coordinated with the client in advance.

It is difficult to choose one event. We are especially proud of the celebrations we support at The Ravenswood and Highley Manor, where London Event DJs is a resident DJ partner and recommended entertainment supplier. Every packed dance floor and happy couple makes an event memorable for our team.

Weddings are a real favourite because we can help shape the full experience, from relaxed background music and live sax during the reception to a high-energy evening DJ set that brings every generation onto the dance floor.

London Event DJs was founded in 2018 and has since supported hundreds of weddings, corporate events, private parties and celebrations across London, Surrey and West Sussex. The business has grown into a coordinated team providing DJs, live musicians, photobooths, dance floors, lighting and special effects.

Setup and performance times are tailored to the event, venue access and selected package. We agree the schedule in advance and arrive with sufficient time to load in, install and test the equipment before guests need the space. DJ coverage can run for the agreed evening, with live musicians scheduled in suitable performance blocks.

Yes, where the venue can provide a safe, dry and level performance area, suitable cover, nearby power and an appropriate wet-weather plan. Outdoor sound levels, access and equipment use must be agreed with the venue in advance.

Clients are encouraged to shape the music. We discuss preferred genres, important songs and do-not-play requests before the event, then our DJs use their experience to read the room and adapt the music throughout the celebration.

Clients commonly describe our team as professional, friendly and organised, with DJs who read the room well, communicate clearly and keep the dance floor busy. We focus on making the entertainment feel personal to the event rather than using a fixed formula.
