Capacity: This equipment is ideal for events of up to 100–120 guests (depending on the venue's acoustics).

Extra Sound: Should the event have a larger number of guests or require sound coverage in multiple areas, an additional fee will apply for the rental and setup of extra equipment.

Requirements: My only technical requirement from the venue is a standard power outlet (electricity) near the performance area.

Performance Area: Is the setup indoors or outdoors? If outdoors, is there a covered area or a 'Plan B' in case of sun or rain?

Logistics & Access: Is there easy access for loading and unloading equipment? Are there stairs or elevators I should be aware of?

Power Supply: A reliable and grounded power outlet near the performance spot (within 5–10 meters).

Setup Time: What time can I access the venue to set up and do a sound check? (I usually require 45–60 minutes prior to the start).

Space Dimensions: A clear space of approximately 2x2 meters is ideal for my setup.

Sound Restrictions: Does the venue have a decibel limiter or any specific noise regulations?

Yes, I provide professional sound equipment for my performances. For lighting, I provide basic ambient lighting for my performance area, but I do not provide general event or dance floor lighting.

Yes, I offer a curated playlist service to ensure there are no silences during my breaks or while I’m setting up.

Atmosphere: I can provide background music via Spotify that perfectly matches the 'vibe' of the event (Jazz, Soul, Acoustic Pop, or Chill-out).

Customization: If the couple has a specific playlist or favorite songs, I am happy to play them through my sound system.
