Performance Space may be on stage (5x3m minimum), OR free-roaming space. A minimum of X2 13-inch professional speakers and one floor monitor per artist. 1 live sound mixer with 8 channels minimum. X1 wireless microphone (SHURE SM58 or similar). X6 power outlets.

Any venue must specify parking/loading requirements, access hours, and management personnel with a contact number. We also must be informed of any sound limitations PRIOR to reservation. One meal per artist should be provided when it is required for myself/my team to be present for more than 3hours. Dietary specifications must be consulted before the event. A safe, secure space must be provided for the artists and any team members where they may prep and rest prior to and between performances. Easy access to a clean bathroom is also required.

We provide our instruments with the relevant cables and connections, including microphones and sound boxes. The general sound and lighting systems are to be provided by the client, preferably with a technician on hand to support artists during soundcheck and performance.

Yes, we are happy to fill in any gaps where possible with suitable playlists.

I typically arrive 90–120 minutes before the scheduled start time to get situated and conduct a discreet sound check. I ensure all technical elements are ready before your guests arrive in the performance area. Although I provide small performance equipment like my mic, soundbox, ipad and in-ears. I do not haul/install sound systems. An AV company must be hired for such duties should the venue not have sufficient in-house material.
