Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We need a performance space of at least 5 meters x 5 meters for our audio system

What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes , we’re happy to play music from Spotify before , after and between our sets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

we performed for one of the largest Latin festivals in Toronto celebrating the independence of Mexico. We enjoyed together with all the people gathered at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto.

What's your favourite type of event?

We love playing at sorts of events but weddings and parties are our favourite. The guest are always happy

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We started gigging at high school and our performances developed from there. since we started we’ve performed at hundreds of weddings, parties and events .

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

“As a saxophonist, I’ve been most influenced by artists like Grover Washington Jr., Kenny G, and David Sanborn — musicians who know how to connect with people emotionally, not just technically. That’s exactly what I aim to bring to every performance.

My favorite artist is Grover Washington Jr. — his tone and smooth style are a perfect match for the kind of elegant, feel-good atmosphere I like to create at weddings and cocktail events.

If I had to pick the greatest song of all time, I’d say Just the Two of Us. It’s timeless, romantic, and always sets the perfect mood when I perform it live. That’s what my goal is — to elevate the moment and make it truly memorable through music.”

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

“For most events like weddings and cocktail hours, I typically arrive about 60 to 90 minutes before my performance to set up and do a quick sound check if needed.

My performance sets are usually flexible depending on the flow of the event, but I often play in sets of 45 minutes with short breaks in between if required. For example, a 90-minute cocktail would usually be one continuous performance unless otherwise requested.

I bring my own wireless mic and backing tracks, so my setup is simple and clean — perfect for both indoor and outdoor settings.”

Are you happy to perform outside?

“Absolutely! I’m more than happy to perform outside. Whether it’s a garden ceremony, a terrace cocktail hour, or a beachfront celebration, I always adapt to the setting. I just ask that there’s a dry, shaded area if possible to protect the instrument and equipment — other than that, I’m all in!”

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

“Definitely! I always welcome song requests and I encourage clients to share a few of their favorite songs or artists — especially if there’s something meaningful they’d love to hear during the event.

That said, I also work with a carefully curated repertoire that’s tailored for weddings and cocktail-style settings, so I balance their requests with what works best for the atmosphere and flow of the event. This way, they get a personalized experience without having to build the whole set from scratch.”

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

“Most of my clients describe my performances as smooth, elegant, and emotionally engaging. They often mention how the saxophone added a warm, classy touch to their event and created an atmosphere that guests really connected with.

Whether it’s a romantic ballad or an upbeat groove, I aim to make every moment feel special — and clients appreciate how the music flows naturally without overpowering the event.”
