ON THE ONE is an international party show band performing Latin music, salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, R&B, pop, disco, funk, soul, reggae, hip-hop and classic hits. Available formats include a full seven-piece show band and a compact five-piece lineup. The band is led by Sean David Harris, who has performed in 27 countries, including a four-year residency. His experience includes Grand Hyatt Seoul, Grand Hyatt Taipei, Shangri-La Malaysia and El Murooj Rotana Dubai. Through Hardwork Productions, he has helped more than 60 musicians secure overseas work.
