Client shall provide QCQ a minimum stage area of 10’ x 10’ that is free from pedestrian traffic and covered and protected from weather on 3 sides that will cover a minimum of 12’ x 12’. In order for us to provide you with the best possible performance, we need four chairs with no arms set up for both ceremony and cocktail locations. An elevated stage is preferred, but not required.

It's hard to pick a favorite! We've played a really neat Indian Fusion wedding with a custom arrangement of "Firestone" performed alongside a tabla player.
Really we love performing all weddings- getting to witness the love and important moments in our clients' lives is extremely special.

We normally arrive approximately 45 minutes before we start performing to set up, tune, and go over and last-minute updates or logistics.

We love to play indoors and outdoors, but our wooden instruments (and fingers!) do not like extreme temperatures (below 60°F or above 90°F). Please plan on having a heater at hand for us if we are playing outside and it goes below 60°F. We cannot play in direct sun, rain, drizzle, snow, mist, or any type of precipitation. We need to be under shelter (ex. gazebo, tent, etc.). The shelter provided for us needs to be at minimum 12 feet by 12 feet for us to fit adequately. Due to the delicate and expensive nature of our instruments, Queen City Quartet reserves the right not to perform adverse conditions that could harm the instruments including extreme heat (above 90°F), extreme cold (below 55°F) and rain (unless a complete covering is provided). Due to the delicate and expensive nature of our instruments, adequate cover and protection from weather are absolutely essential and the QCQ reserves the right to cancel their performance should exposure to the elements present any safety risk.

We absolutely perform special requests and are happy to accomodate our clients' needs.
We are happy to have our clients select all of their songs, or we can create a set list for them based on the vibe they are looking for, whichever is the easiest and best fit for our client!
