RED VELVET BAND - Sun set / Dinner / Dance Red Velvet Band is a dynamic live act

We require a safe, level and fully covered performance area, with sufficient space for the selected band line-up and reliable power outlets close to the stage. For outdoor events, the band and all equipment must be completely protected from direct sunlight, rain, wind and humidity at all times. We cannot perform or set up in direct sunlight.

If the band’s setup, soundcheck or performance schedule takes place during the cocktail reception or around the dinner period, a hot meal and non-alcoholic refreshments must be provided for all band members and technical crew.

We need to know whether the performance will take place indoors or outdoors, the available stage dimensions, power supply, parking and equipment access, setup and soundcheck times, and whether the venue has a sound limiter or any noise restrictions. For outdoor events, please confirm that a fully covered and shaded performance area will be provided.

We provide our own professional PA system and the equipment required for the band’s performance. Stage lighting is not included but can be hired separately upon request. If a stage is required, this must also be hired separately and added to the quotation.

Yes. We can provide background music before, between and immediately after our live sets. The playlist can be selected by the band or created according to the client’s musical preferences. A dedicated DJ service can also be arranged separately upon request.

We normally arrive at least 3 hours before the performance to set up and complete the soundcheck.

Yes, provided the performance area is fully covered and protected from direct sunlight, rain and wind. Both the musicians and the equipment must remain in the shade. We also require a flat, stable surface and a safe power supply nearby.

Clients are welcome to choose songs from our existing repertoire. We can also learn up to five special requests, provided they are submitted at least one month before the event.
