We are a highly experienced, professional and vibrant group of string players based in Scotland. We can perform as soloists / duos / trio or quartet.
All of our professionally trained string players reside in Scotland and perform regularly throughout Europe with the top orchestras; including BBC Scottish Symphony orchestra, RSNO, Scottish Opera, Scottish Chamber Orchestra.
With over twenty years of experience in the business, we have kept our ideas and our music fresh.
Having played at over 400 different venues across the UK, we have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge; playing at small gatherings right through to the grandest affair, no two events are ever the same. Previous clients have included BBC Scotland, Royalty and The First Minister.
We recognise that weddings and events can be very costly affairs and we try our very best to ease this by offering a range of professional ensembles to suit individual budgets.
We have a huge repertoire from you to choose from and add new songs to this list on a weekly basis. If there is something that is not on our list, we are more than happy to source it for you. Be it Pachelbel or Pink, Mozart or Madonna; you name it, we play it.
We pride ourselves on our diversity and enthusiasm to make every event as special and individual as you are!
We are also available and in demand for corporate events/functions. We also cater for parties and celebrations and will create the perfect mood for your occasion. Working closely with organisers and event staff is something we do on a weekly basis.
We have played at many prestigious events and venues throughout Scotland and the UK including Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh Castle, Glasgow City Chambers, Gleneagles, St Andrews Old Course and Murrayfield. Clients have included BBC, Scotland's First Minister, HRH Queen Elizabeth II and Glasgow's Lord Provost.
We can tailor the music to suit any occasion. For larger events, we can provide amplification
We can play for as little or as much of your function as you would like. Some clients prefer to have us for the ceremony only, whilst others prefer to have the music exclusively for their drinks reception. We regularly play for ceremonies, drink's receptions and wedding breakfasts.
