Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

Our typical setup and performance times are designed to be flexible and adaptable to the unique needs of each individual event. For our standard offerings, we usually provide two sets of 60 minutes each or three sets of 40 minutes each. However, we understand that every wedding or corporate event has its own schedule and preferences.

Before the event, we work closely with our clients to understand their timeline, agenda, and any specific requirements they may have. This collaborative approach allows us to tailor our performance schedule to seamlessly integrate with the overall flow of the event.

In terms of setup, we typically require a designated space and sufficient time before the performance to set up our equipment and conduct sound checks. This is usually 1 hour. The exact setup time may vary depending on the venue and logistical considerations, but we always aim to complete it efficiently to minimize any disruption to the event.

Are you happy to perform outside?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to bring our music outdoors and be a part of your special event, whether it's a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony, a corporate picnic, or any other al fresco celebration. Performing outside adds a wonderful and unique element to the ambiance, and we are fully equipped and prepared to adapt to outdoor settings.

We understand that outdoor events come with their own set of considerations, such as weather conditions and technical requirements. Rest assured, our team is experienced in handling outdoor performances and will work closely with event organizers to ensure all logistical aspects are carefully planned.

From providing the right equipment to adjusting our setup based on the venue's layout, we are committed to delivering a seamless and enjoyable musical experience in an outdoor setting. Whether it's under the open sky or in a charming garden, we are excited to bring our music to the great outdoors and contribute to the success of your event.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Absolutely! At our band, we strongly believe in making each performance a personalized and unique experience for our clients. While we do have a diverse and engaging set repertoire that covers a wide range of musical genres and eras, we actively encourage our clients to have a say in the playlist.

Prior to the event, we work closely with our clients to understand their musical preferences, favorite songs, and any specific requests they may have. Whether it's a special song for the first dance at a wedding or a corporate event with a particular theme, we're more than happy to incorporate those requests into our setlist.

We understand that every event is different, and our goal is to create a musical atmosphere that reflects the tastes and preferences of our clients and their guests. Our experienced musicians are versatile and can adapt to various styles, ensuring that the music complements the overall ambiance of the event.

Our ability to engage with the audience and adapt to the atmosphere of the occasion is another aspect that clients frequently commend, making us a popular choice for both weddings and corporate events.
