The Algarve Celebrant – Key Terms Booking – A non-refundable booking fee secures your date. Balance due 6-4] weeks before the ceremony. What’s Included – Your personalised ceremony. If booked, photography, videography, and/or drone footage are also included. Changes – Date, time, or location changes must be agreed in writing and are subject to availability. Cancellations – Booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after full payment, refunds (if any) are at my discretion. Weather – Outdoor ceremonies may require a backup plan if weather is poor. Drone use is weather and safety dependent. Travel – Travel within the Algarve is included; extra charges apply beyond this. Use of Images – I may use photos/video from your ceremony for promotion unless you request otherwise in writing. Liability – I’ll deliver services with care and skill, but can’t be held responsible for events outside my control.
